The staff was friendly and very helpful! The food at La Fleur was not great and at those prices the salmon and vegetables should not be so overcooked. Service was great throughout the hotel!!

A lovely surprise.
Beautiful hotel. Abby at the desk was amazing. Corner room had a beautiful view of Providence. A few cleanliness issues do to age of room maybe but over all I’d recommend it. Parking is a bit pricey but it’s a city so it should be expected.

Hotel is great clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it is so confusing to get around as it’s so big and sprawling. Everyone who works there is so helpful and lovely so you are not stranded!
