Should you need additional accommodation, we have it next door, on the same floor, so that you can bring the entire family.

During January to April and the pre-Christmas and New Year's weeks, we rent for at least 7 nights. If you need accommodations before or after your stay to accommodate your flights, we can help you arrange that at a nearby hotel.

Location: Villa Renaissance is flanked by the Regent Village shopping and restaurant district in the heart of Providenciales. A private, boutique hotel is exclusive to our guests. Popular restaurants like Yoshi's, Thai Orchid, Le Bouchon, Danny Bouys, Bugaloos on the Bay, and BLT Steakhouse are close by, as well as the IGA supermarket, bank, ice cream parlors, yogurt shops, car rentals, scooter rentals, land, and sea excursions and duty-free shopping are just a walk outside. Accommodations: oceanfront 3 BEDROOM condominium, sleeps 6.

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The entire three bedrooms are offered most of the year with the option to rent only two bedrooms during the select months of September and October only for a maximum of 4 persons.

Rates include full use of pool & beach loungers & umbrellas, guests' lounge, pool, and beach towels; we provide tennis racquets and balls, a fitness center, pool & beach wifi, and bicycles. Beautiful stay
This villa is one of our favorites. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the views, proximity to the beach, the pool and the tennis court. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Great Week
Villa is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and even the grocery. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this place.

That View!
Fantastic three bedroom condo for three couples. Note the twins can be combined into a king. The gorgeous beach is steps away. The patio is large and lovely. The patio doors open to the beach. The kitchen is nice and well appointed. You can park on property. There is a bar at the pool during the day. You can walk to a handful of fun restaurants and a great coffee spot. Communication was easy and well done, as well as check in. Highly recommend.

A Little Piece of Paradise
One of the best locations on the Island. Our family has come back to Provo time and time again and Villa Renaissance doesn’t miss. Villa 301 views are absolutely amazing and the room is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The family loved this villa and we will definitely be coming back!!

Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location and was nice and spacious. We had a few hiccups with check in being late and not being told when the cleanings would occur. But other than that we really enjoyed the condo and the amenities that were provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place
Overall, very impressed with Villa Renaissance Terrific location right on Grace Bay with many dining options within walking distance. Listing mentioned that there would be a cleaning service. We were under the impression that would be daily and for the price it should have been. There was only one cleaning for a seven night stay. Would recommend staying here however, if you’re looking for full service, this is not the place and for the price you could likely find that at one of the many other places on Grace Bay

Much needed vacation
This was our second year staying in this unit. We loved it the first time and we loved it again. Location is perfect. Beachfront, in town, and close to restaurants and the grocery store. The construction next door was a bit distracting when trying to relax on the porch, but the building is near completion, so this should not be an ongoing problem.

Very nice condo and location
A lot of beach resorts and condos are just too crowded. The inevitable fight for lounge chairs on the beach and pool are a beating. Not here. The place is nice and not overcrowded. You can actually relax here and enjoy the beach and pool at your leisure. Also, walking distance to multiple restaraunts, coffeeshops, and shopping are a definite plus. The rental agency was great to work with and responded every time. The only downside was the communication was a little slow but frankly, I'm nitpicking

Villa Renaissance as a whole is great
Let's start with positives. VR has one of the best if not THE best locations on the island. You can walk or bike to a ton of shops/restaurants from this property. It's easy to get to groceries if you want to stock your condo with food/drink. I can't say enough good things about the pool and beach area at this property. They never felt crowded, it was easy to get a chair. The pool bar comes in CLUTCH. That said, we had some issues with this unit. Upon arrival we had a broken master toilet. This got fixed 24 hours later which was ok enough. We know maintenance issues can arise anywhere. They rebuilt the inside of the toilet so this is unlikely to recur. The second issue however was bigger and that was that a storm knocked out our AC. It was 83 degrees in the condo all day for the first day of this. After initially telling us there wasn't a problem and asking us to wait to start any repairs for a few hours, TCI Blue then did try to get this fixed promptly. When we went to bed we were still at 78 degrees, however, then 76 for most of the next day. We had additional workers in the condo for most of the following afternoon which finally fully fixed the problem. If TCI Blue had credited us a day or even a partial day's price, we would have been fine. However we have requested a price adjustment twice and were refused. We will not stay in this unit again due to this response, but would consider other VR condos.

Awesome Condo on Grace Bay
Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Great Location
Villa Renaissance is a lovely group of condos right on Grace Bay. The property is beautiful and the pictures are right on! Pool and pool bar are very well kept and you can order lunch at the bar and it’s brought to you either on the beach or pool, or you can eat/drink at the bar. The negative is the internet is sporadic. Other than that, it’s perfect and we would definitely return.

Great location for first timers
The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment was a perfect size for a family of 6 (5 adults & 1 kid). We loved the wrap around balcony for eating and chilling. The Villa Renaissance is centrally located where we walked to shop and eat. Taxis were expensive ($75 round trip for 6) so being able to walk to restaurants was important to us since we opted not to rent a car. Beautiful pool and direct access to the beach, about 100 feet away. Great staff and surprisingly reasonable prices for food and drinks at the poolside bar cafe.

Peaceful retreat
We absolutely enjoyed this resort. Our unit was clean, comfortable and attractive. The resort was beautiful and relaxed. We loved the bikes, tennis court, pool and beach. The staff was friendly and took pride in the resort. We will be returning!
