Tervetuloa Villa Oceana saarella Providenciales! Ihanteellinen loma pakopaikka paikalla! Suoraan Sapodilla Bayn rannalla. Kristallinkirkas kaunis Karibian vesi, jauhe pehmeä hiekka ja todella kaunein auringonlaskuista voitte kuvitella.
Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen koti on ihanteellinen niille, joilla on pieniä lapsia, samoin kuin niille pariskunnille, jotka haluavat paljon yksityisyyttä pois väkijoukkoja Resorts.
Päärakennuksessa on 2 king makuuhuonetta, 1 on King Suite. On kolmas pieni makuuhuone kahdella kerrossänky, taulutelevisio, ovet yksityisyyttä ja ilmastointi. Se sopii lapsille tai lastenhoitaja.
On vielä king-sviitti / vierasmökki, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä päärakennuksesta.

Great House.. beach… not so much.
Everything is great except the venders and everyone else that’s comes to the beach. Although you have a private property space it is totally invaded with people who have no regard for personal space. Everyday was a battle and people don’t really care. It’s truly too bad. The house though is perfect and they are very attentive to anything that may go wrong. They are quite lovely. Everyone else around.. no so much.

Perfect home on the most beautiful beach!
Everything about this house was perfect for us! Two families fit comfortably, and all ages enjoyed the amenities. Pool, location to ocean, hammock, beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the beach Toys provided, made our vacation amazing! We had great communication with property manager and felt like all our needs were taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this home! .

Paradise on the beach!
We loved our stay. House was beautiful and in great shape. separate guest house was really nice as well! Beach was beautiful and security had a nice but unobtrusive presence. The area felt very safe. Julian was incredibly responsive and we would highly recommend staying there. Las Brisas (across the street) had great food and drinks and we often went there for lunch.

Beach crowded
Property is great. Commercial business bar and restaurant monopolized the beach front crowding in chairs and umbrellas, large family groups filled the beach area and made resident renters move off the beach back into the vegetation line. Beautiful venue spoiled by this crowding.

Beautiful beach! Perfect for little kids. One of our favorite spots on the island! Pictures of the home are accurate. Detached Master bedroom is great for in-laws. Management company is super easy to work with, very efficient and responds quickly!

Idyllic
One of the best places on earth! Our whole family (kids ages 13, 11, 10, 6) loved it. There was always plenty to do with the snorkeling, paddle boards, and kayaks, or you could relax at a beach that most people have to travel to get to. The home was clean and actually larger than we had thought. Awesome stay.

Fun family vacation
The villa is what you see in the photos. Plenty of room for three couples and two small children. You can’t beat the convenience of having the beach at your door along with a pool. Everyone had a terrific stay. And what really makes this place great was the responsiveness of the property management. Julian was always quick to answer questions and help with any situation. Tamika was lovely to work with as well and they made us feel comfortable. Julian even went above and beyond when a storm caused a power failure. He helped to get it rectified quickly. Definitely recommend the stay here.

Relaxing family vacation
It was 5 adults and 2 kids (10 and 6) and the property for our family was perfect. The pictures are exactly how the villa is. Pool was amazing, outdoor dining was used every day for every meal, paddle boards were used daily and hit with adults and kids. Beach was perfection for kids and grandparents as the water was calm as could be. Our favorite thing was being on the beach in morning, it was like having it to yourselves and in evening because the sunsets are unmatched. The lounge chairs at beach for house were perfection for adults. As the other comments mentioned it is on a public beach but the house is situated middle of way down on beach and away from crowds, never had issues. We actually enjoyed the public part as there were cocktails and food stations at the far end away from us and it was fun to walk down the beach for an afternoon rum punch plus got the opportunity to rent wave runners. Street felt safe, property managers were great and quickly to respond to anything. Great house and would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful beachfront
The beach was amazing and not crowded or overrun by people or vendors. Bring floats and mgmt will inflate them for you! It was a short 4 minute walk to las Brisas Restaurant or order food with the vendors at the end of the beach. Highly recommend bug spray as the mosquitoes make it almost impossible to sit outside without it. The house was clean and maid services were offered for a mid week clean which was greatly appreciated. Only concern was at check in they require you to hand write a credit card number for the AC usage. That made me uncomfortable since it should be expensed through VRBO. Other than that the house and beach are beautiful!!! Would definitely rent again for a quiet beach family vacation.

Best beach on the island
I would only recommend this beach. It is so very perfect! After 5:00 everyone goes home and you have the beach to yourself until 11:00 the next morning. The owner has speakers hooked up to the inside/outside/beachside. I can not tell you how much we enjoyed! Fun to explore around this beach. The kayaks and paddleboards were such a hit with teens and adults. Wish our trip had been longer! Thanks for a great vacation!

A perfect location
We had a fantastic stay. There were 3 adult couples and kids. Everyone had their own space and there was a large enough space for gathering for dinner and just hanging out. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and at the beach. The beach was perfect for relaxing and having fun. We had zero worries about large waves or strong riptides. Sopadilla Bay is perfect for families with multiple ages. We had one small hiccup with a plumbing problem. The property manager was very responsive and the problem was addressed immediately. We would absolutely stay again and have recommended to our friends.

Great villa in TCI
Loved it! The villa was very well laid out, perfect amount of space for 2 families (6 people). The pool and patio area were great, and that view! Loved the guest house. We hardly left the property!

Sapodilla means relaxing times for kids and adults
Background: We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids, the youngest being 3 years old. We like relaxing and don't need much to do except hanging out on the beach and throwing the football. The home is located smack in the middle of Sapodilla beach and that is where you want to be. If you are looking at other homes on this beach, just skip any home located closer to the public beach access. It was packed with day visitors in front of every home closer to the parking lot. I don't know how those renters could stand it, but this property extends much closer to the beach so it was as if this private section was off limits to others. By 5:00 the beach was empty and you couldn't beat the sunsets. The water is perfect. No waves, shallow and easy swimming. The only way the location could possibly be improved is if there was a coral reef to see fish just off the beach. There isn't so don't expect it. The house was awesome, kitchen packed with everything you need and the pool was the clincher. Plenty of toys and floats and the kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus. It is a different, and from my perspective, far better option, than Grace Bay beach. It had speakers all around the outside, plenty of seating to eat inside, outside or at the beach. Two washer and driers. Private parking and security on the street. It has hairdryers, spices, ice maker, water dispenser, puddle jumper, beach toys, cable TV with movies, cards, games, and AC in each room. A bonus was having Las Brisas accross the st, a great place for take out at a reasonable price. You certainly get what you pay for with this property. Again, don't even look at another place on Sapodilla that is north of this property.
