Beach Villa Sandpiper on Grace Bay Beach Providenciales, Turks ja Caicossa. Nauti rannalla pääsy maailmankuulun Grace Bayn rannalle Villa Sandpiperiin! Kahdessa tilavassa huoneessa on oma uima-allas ja kolme tasoa elävän tilan upealla näköalalla. Tämä moderni huvila sopii erinomaisesti 4 tai 2 pariskunnalle!

Grace Bayn Turtle Cove -kaupungissa sijaitseva Sandpiper-ravintola vierailee viiden ravintolan läheisyydessä lähellä venesatamaa. Villa on myös täysin kalustettu toimiva keittiö ruoanlaittoon, ruokailu ja grillata ulkona BBQ. Nauti yksityisestä uima-altaasi tai viedä muutaman askeleen Grace Bayn rannalle 11 kilometriä rantakävelyä ja saaren parasta snorklausta Smith's Reefilla!

Makuuhuone on toisessa kerroksessa ja tarjoaa kauniit näkymät Grace Bay oikealle King-size-vuode. Astu ulos omalle terassillesi juoda kahvia tai kävellä ylös kierreportaat nauttia kolmannen tason panoraamanäkymät meidän kauniilla saarella. Mestari on oma kylpyamme ja taulutelevisio. Makuuhuone 2 on ensimmäisellä tasolla ja tarjoaa king-vuode, kylpyhuone ja taulu-tv.

* Sandpiper jakaa yhden seinän Villa Sandpebblen kanssa. Kahdessa kiinteistössä on oma uima-allas ja mukavuuksia.

* Sandpiper sijaitsee lähes suoraan Smiths Reef, Smith's Reef pidetään laajalti tarjoamalla paras snorklausta maassa. Hiekasta ja vedestä on hiekkakivi hiukan tämän riittämän takia. Kun olet astutettu kalliolle, se katoaa yleensä paljastaen pehmeän hiekkarannan, jolla on upea snorklaus juuri eteenpäin.

Paradise
If you look at the pics and wonder ‘could it be that perfect’? The answer is yes. Everything about the house was as advertised. It didn’t feel like a vacation rental, it felt like home. We cooked most evenings and had every thing we needed. The views are insane. The water and snorkeling as advertised. And the pool was always the perfect temp. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week. Weather was very hot so the pool was a godsend. The villa was really nice and well equipped with good furnishings and cold AC. Two things could be improved- first we found a lot of ants in every room. Also a lack of privacy in the upper level bedroom as the shades did not close fully leaving a large gap for people to see in.

It was a beautiful and clean property. I have 0 complaints. Everything was as pictured. I loved that the managers were available for questions. The cleaning person always did a great job. I had access to Netflix and prime which was really nice too. All the appliances were also in great shape. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing home
First off- this is the cleanest home we have ever rented. Other homes that are “clean enough” always bother me some…but this house was spotless. The corners of the floors, the door frames, the walls, the towels, spotless. The kitchen drawers were perfectly staged and cleaned- a very first in the dozens of homes we have rented over the years. I cannot say enough good things about how cozy and clean it was. The check-in was a little confusing because the gate code didn’t work (a stuck number on the pad) so we weren’t sure if we were in the right location. We got it figured out though! The views are breathtaking, the pool is refreshing, and the snorkeling is incredible. Definitely check for kitchen provisions before you head to the store- there was nothing but aluminum foil haha. Rent a car and go have some meals at the resorts and check out all the beaches and then head back to the private oasis of this private home! We will be back next year and wouldn’t change a single thing about this trip!

Excellent house for snorkeling and relaxation
The house was amazingly close to Smith's Reef. Bring your own gear and prepare to be truly amazed. My entire family had a good time on the reef. I personally spent hours each day visiting and revisiting the reef each day. Early in the morning is best to see Rays and all the other Marine life you can imagine. You also best the tour groups showing up. Be sure to visit Magnolia restaurant close to the house for a sunset dinner and great food, mood, and service. I can not wait to return to this island. The people of the Turks keep their island clean and are most welcoming. A rental car is a must as many worthwhile places to visit, eat, and shop are a bit far. The house and the staff did a great job getting us into the property and setting us up for a relaxing time. I highly recommend this house for family's of 4 or less as long as your kids can share a room and a bed. The guest room for them allowed them each there own sink though which was very convenient. I could go on and on about how great this island, the house, and the people were on all fronts.

Very beautiful.
We overall enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that happened that the property manager was attentive to though some of the solutions were less than perfect. One big example were the screens on the sliding glass doors to the back pool and the upstairs Master Bedroom. They fell off their tracks the first night that we were there. Their solution was to remove all the screens and place them on the side of the house. The problem with that is they do not want you using the A/C all the time since it is very expensive but no screens lets in all the mosquitos. We had a lot of bug bites. The ice maker did not work and the alarm system did not work.

Beautiful Property, clean, gorgeous views.
This is a very nice unit. It’s on Smith reef which is a great snorkeling spot. I came to dive and the reef off of our condo was as good as diving. In fact you can see a large school of eagle rays frequently on the reef. Just go to the left of the condo by the red and green marker. I saw 8 of them with in ten minutes of arriving. Will need a car as grace bay is a bit of a drive. Mangos is a great restaurant within walking distance.
