For being next to the freeway and a highway, the hotel has no noise insulation at all. Deliveries for businesses are from 11:30pm until about 3:30am. If you expect to sleep forget it. The backup alarms will drive you insane. The personnel don’t clean the hotel very well.

The entrance of the hotel seemed a little dirty. Carpets looked stained there and in the hallways. Our room was sufficient but either the vacuums used were deficient or the cleaning service lacked motivation. My wife found a used contact on the floor right by the bed. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved slightly, the bathroom was poorly lit, the chair was worn. It was OK, but didn't merit the better than 8.0 rating on Expeida.

Hotel was very basic but that met our price point for the evening! The woman Cho checked us in had a barrage of things we WERE NOT allowed to do (all normal things like no smoking, no pets, etc.) but didn’t tell us a single thing we COULD do…where breakfast was or what hours, easiest room access, etc. I understand some budget hotels are meant only for a roof over your head, but our welcome felt more like a bother to the employees.
