While it was a brand new hotel, the cleaning crew could use some additional training. Floors were gross and had leftovers from the previous guests. Nasty.
Breakfast left us needing more. I guess you get what you pay for.
First of all these two rooms were supposed to be connected. When I get to the hotel, they tell me they don’t have any rooms that connect at all. It was supposed to have a heated indoor pool, and they did have an indoor pool that was that the water was cold as ice. This means me and my husband had to sleep in different rooms with two grandchildren in each room, not the experience I was looking for not happy with Hotels.com. I asked if I was speaking to the front desk and they said yes they lied.
I liked how clean it was, and everyone was nice on staff. I just did not like that they did not have actual breakfast, only bagels muffins stuff like that
They were not going to allow me to stay at the property because I was local. They said it was policy. This sounds absolutely absurd to me. What if my house were flooded and I needed shelter? I paid in advance. What possible policy reason can they have to reject a customer based on geographic location? I will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I wish there were a way to not have paid them at all. I don’t support this kind of nonsense and would never again. I only stayed there because I had no other option at such short notice.
