An acceptable place for an over night stop over. Beds are comfy, has toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, teas and coffees and a tv. Simple breakfast of waffles, cereals, teas and coffees, bread and condiments. Cons: Heating wasn’t blowing out hot air. For hot water, we had to turn on the water for 5 mins before it even became warm. Carpet needs cleaning, looked like animal hair on it especially along the walls and corners. It is dated but ok to stop over for a night for that price. Service: standard quick check in and out. No hassle.

The staff was super awesome and super accommodating to our family needs as we were there for a funeral. My only complaints are with the fixtures. Shower rod was barely hanging on to the wall the toilet paper dispenser kept falling out.

Road noise needs to be listed in the description. I would not have booked this room. Breakfast was very poor. Area was being cleaned out before serving times were over. Instead of individual butter servings being offered they had an almost empty tub of margarine.

Pretty basic property in a pretty basic location, but it was where we needed to be for the night so that was fine. Staff was excellen; friendly and helpful. Fridge in first room we were given didn't work, but they immediately moved us to another room when we asked about it. Great place to start the scenic drive on CO 165 from.
