Room was average for couple of days stay. Staff very nice and easy access to marina . Food was buffet style and very tasty. Close to mall, malecón, and many restaurants at walking distance. Over all it’s an affordable place to stay.

This is an all inclusive hotel but definitely not a resort. It’s very clean, a little on the older side but it’s very cozy and cute. Staff is amazing and friendly. There’s one buffet style restaurant and one pool. It’s in a very convenient area, everything is walking distance! So many restaurants around the marina and convenience stores too.

Poor, poor customer service
I have never been treated this poorly in a hotel before. First of all, I think their cancellation policy is abusive (see conditions yourself). I showed up with my partner and they immediately told me that my reservation was for just one person and I had to pay extra for them. I tried to explain that I made a reservation for one room, not one person, but they were completely unreasonable and made us feel totally uncomfortable and unwanted. After that I was ready to leave, my partner in tears. That is not the kind of behavior you expect to find in a hotel after a long journey. I asked if I could get a refund and their answer was to call Hotels.com, which I did. These people do not seem to care much about their guests or their level of comfort, it’s like they don’t care if you go back at all. All they seem to be worried about is their immediate money. And for that reason I am posting this review and telling all my friends to avoid this place at all cost.

Staff was okay. Room Was terrible the sliding door lock was broken. It was scary knowing door to the balcony was unlocked. Toilet is broken and dirty. All inclusive but the food was terrible and service needed help.
