Like a hotel in Old Mexico. With upgrades but getting water in a pitcher and having to put toilet paper in a basket rather than flushing is like the old times.

This hotel is like the ones in existence when I first visited PV. Water pitchers and toilet paper in wastebasket. Also when we said we didn’t drink there was no effort to give us a substitute complimentary beverage.

It is a great place right across the street from the beach - literally. You are on a back street that faces the ocean so great views. Small boutique hotel, each room has a kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave) and everything you need. Free breakfast that you order off a menu - not buffet. Pool was great and private. I will say that the website pictures are very well done - I was expecting super fancy and it was more simple yet authentic, but I guess that's par for the course.

Very nice view, breakfast was decent. Got a wonderful massage with Rosaisela by the sound of the beach. She was amazing. Highly recommend her. A little noisy at night due to a night club across the street. Very satisfied otherwise.

A nice option in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Our room was in great shape and very well equipped. Great view from the 4th floor. Nice breakfast courtyard with plenty of choices. On the negative side was the extreme hardness and discomfort of the bed/mattress. We asked for an additional mattress cover but were turned down. As well, on the weekends both El Solar and Captain Dons go late into the night with thumping music.

Great quiet place for families
This hotel was great! We had a room with 3 King beds, super comfortable for us in a smaller, more intimate environmnet. The rooftop pool and pool bar had excellent service and good tasting food. Will definitely return to this hotel again, but stay longer nex time!

The hotel is in a great location. Across the street from the beach, stores and restaurants all around. Very safe and walkable. Breakfast is delicious and the pool has such a beautiful view. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.
