**Title: Terrible Experience at Hotel Mousai**
I recently stayed at Hotel Mousai for four nights, and it was absolutely horrible. Our room was dirty throughout our stay, and despite multiple calls for room service, no one ever showed up. We were provided with only three towels for the entire stay, which is unacceptable at a resort with a pool—we had to bring towels from the pool area!
Additionally, our experience at the steakhouse was incredibly frustrating. The manager, Ruben, was unprofessional and unhelpful. I have a shrimp allergy, which I communicated to the staff before ordering. Instead of taking our steak orders, they insisted on bringing us whatever they wanted, and we ended up with a seafood platter that included shrimp. When we pointed this out to Ruben, he dismissed our concerns and said they wouldn't take any more orders. We left the restaurant upset and hungry.
I would not recommend Hotel Mousai based on this experience. Never will I return.
