Paikka on nimeltään “Mismaloya condominiums” ja se sijaitsee lomakeskuksessa, aidatulla sisäänkäynnillä,
Ympärivuorokautinen vartiointi ja vastaanotto, kausiluonteinen paikan päällä sijaitseva ravintola, jossa on huonepalveluvaihtoehtoja.

Osoite on. ”La Jolla de Mismaloya, Kilometre 11 Carretera Barra de Navidad ja pelaa Gemelasta KM 9. 5 Carretera de Navidad. (vieressä Barcelo Hotel Resort)

Huoneisto sijaitsee 3. kerroksessa (hissillä) on poikkeukselliset avoimet näkymät merelle ja vihreille reheville vuorille.

Kompleksilla on oma portti pääsy rannalle, ulkosuihku, uima-allas, poreallas ja iso tenniskenttä.

Rakennuksessa on ravintola, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen, lounas ja illallinen sesonkiaikana (lokakuusta alkaen) kohtuullinen hinta.

Kompleksissa on erittäin ystävällinen 24h-vastaanoton vastaanottohenkilöstö, joka tarjoaa sinulle huoneistoavaimet, rantapyyhkeet, kuntosalin ja ranta-avaimet, jään, ylimääräiset tarvikkeet, wifi-koodit ja kaikki muut palvelut. (hyvin samanlainen kuin hotellin vastaanotto)

Loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at La Jolla for our 2 weeks. The condo and building inside and out were by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The numerous staff were constantly cleaning, painting, and gardening. The condo itself was great, up until 3 days before we were leaving when a valve cracked inside the toilet tank in the master ensuite. We had got hold of the owner, and someone (not the condominium staff) was supposed to come and fix it, but no one showed up before we checked out. Luckily we had the 2nd bathroom, and the owner was kind enough to offer a one night refund. The bed and pillows weren’t great. The “couches” in the living room were awful. Super low and uncomfortable. I think they were trundle beds/ futons….?? The Mismaloya Grill Restaurant on site was a bonus. Excellent staff and fabulous food!! We ate there often. A small drawback is the all-inclusive right next door. We knew about this as we had stayed at the all-inclusive 6 years prior. Luckily only a few nights of crazy noise and music. The most annoying was the entertainment director screaming into the microphone during the day. Beautiful pool, met some wonderful people during our stay. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay
The stay was wonderful. The condo is about a 40 min drive from the airport, but the drive is worth it. Mismaloya is way quieter and less hectic than the resort area. The check in process was very easy. The people at the desk speak enough English to help with that process, but speaking even a little Spanish will help. The condo itself is a nice size. We had dinner on the balcony a few times, and the views are magnificent. Easy access to the beach, and the fact that it’s a less crowded area, made staying here very enjoyable. Definitely worth every cent.

Magical Place
My mom and I had had such a magical and beautiful vacation. From the location, to the people, the water, food, the flowers and birds and butterflies. It was magic. The view from the balcony was beyond words. Everything was so kind and helpful. We are planning on coming again next year!!!!!!

Beautiful Views, but needs to be cleaned
The view was amazing from the balcony & staff on site was courteous & helpful. Short walk to get down to the beach, & beautiful pool to relax at. The location is quite a ways from any convenience stores Or restaurants, so we had to Uber to any amenities which was a task. Definitely take Ubers over the taxis in front of the building, as the taxis were 5-8x the cost of Ubers. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable as all the blankets on arrival did have extreme body odor to them, so we spent the first day washing all the sheets & towels. The apartment also had a heavy smell of mold/mildew so it should be noted & scheduled for a heavy cleaning & treatment if possible so future guests do not get sick. Also, the apartment did not any paper towels or dish soap for cleaning/dishes so either bring some yourself or maybe ask the property owner to provide them. I think the owner has an Amazing opportunity to upgrade the interior/amenities provided to make the stay more relaxing, but my stay was lackluster due to the amount of cleaning we had to do in order to be comfortable.

Beautiful view, beach and places to eat were fairly accessible. If you're slightly clumsy, watch your shins on those futons. Needed to add an extra night to my original booking, went seamlessly.

Graduation trip for granddaughter
We brought 2 granddaughters down as a high school graduation gift for the younger one. It was fabulous! The La Jolla de Mismaloya condos are a perfect place to stay with magnificent views, wonderful staff, and perfect location. This time of year you have few people to share the great pool area with then just a few steps further and you are on the soft sandy beach itself. Perfect! WOW! Beautiful Location & Condo!!
We loved our stay!! The condo had everything we needed. It was great to go out to the balcony and see life on the water of Mismaloya. We fished off the paved walkway below the condos. We caught needlefish but enjoyed the fight of what we called mini Marlins... 😁The unit was clean and well maintained. Condo staff was welcoming and attentive. The pool was awesome! Nice and cool on those hot days. Private access to the beach which was really nice. We will definitely come back and stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo that was much larger than the pictures showed. The view was beautiful watching the sunset every night. The condo complex is well cared for and was quiet while we were there. There are quite a few excellent dining options close by including the Mismaloya Grill, just before it closed for the season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was comfortable and the property well cared for with nice private areas to look at the ocean and sea life. We will definitely be returning at some point and will make sure we are stocked with groceries since some restaurants close early and not open certain days. Make sure you bring cash since the ATM nearby is often broken. Excellent value!

This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!

When we walked around the corner from the front entrance and saw the view from the condo, I'm sure we both lost our breaths. Absolutely stunning. Beyond the awesome 24/7 view, the condo is dated. Clean with new fridge (that doesn't fit into it's spot), nice new stove (we never figured out how to work - gas), a new toaster oven that worked great (size of an easy bake oven though), a new toaster that does not take bagels or large bread but worked well. Towels and bedding where very nice and plentiful. My wife slept well on the king size bed, however it was not good for my back (no one's fault). The front ( & only door) looks as though it was broken into at one time and has no deadbolt (we put a chair in front of it at night). One ceiling fan in dinning room does not work. One wall switch falls off in your hand (top one in living room). As I said, dated. Still a lovely condo with spectacular view - sunsets that were better than Maui's in our humble opinion. Would definitely rent again. Notes: DO NOT RENT A CAR IN MEXICO! TRUST US! Please take taxi's, you will save a lot of money and an insane amount of frustration. Certain food and drink items in Walmart and Costco were considerably higher priced than in Alberta, Canada.

Incredible location
Mismaloya is a beautiful area and this unit makes the most of the view. The condo is in excellent condition as are the furniture and appliances. You are out of the hectic Puerto Vallarta vibe but just a twenty minute bus ride to visit this wonderful city. The condo building is extremely well run.There is a beautiful pool area, on site restaurant & tennis court.

Don't hesitate and book. The view is amazing, the appartment clean and confortable. The beach is easily accessible and the restaurant on the site is VERY good! The pool is clean and heated just enough! I didn't expect the room to be as big as it was and the king size bed is also very confortable. We will definitly be back :)

The location and view are phenomenal. The apartment was clean and functional. The staff was incredibly helpful. Indeed, we just tried to book two weeks at the same apartment for next year and were chagrined to find it's not available. Would love to go back every year.

The view is beautiful. It is spacious. We like the environment, the on-site restaurant is nice. The beach is beautiful. The detergent of sheets is strong, it causes skin rash. The light bulb of living room is pure white and bleak, we used other lights instead. The toilet seat covers need replacement. But those are minor and not too expensive to do.

Great Place and Beautiful Location
This is are second stay at La Jolla, this is a beautiful condo and location. staff are all very helpful and very friendly. 3 things. Communication with the management is good and quick response. I just find it odd that he lives in the US. I couldn't get signed in to Netflix and he said he would have liked to help us but lived in the US. there are no instruction on how to use the washing machine it's all in Spanish, no worries we use the ones in the building all with English translation. I've been renting condos in Mexico for 8 years and usually there is a binder with all kinds of information like how to get around. things to do, recommended restaurants. directions on how to use stuff. The last thing is the kitchen equipment. Ther is a nice new stove but the hood fan and lights don't work, makes for a hot kitchen when cooking. There is a nice new set of frying pans but every thing else is mismatched. Someone needs to go in there and sort it out. 3 trays of silverware? no potato peeler, mixer with one beater, mismatched plastic containers. we figured it out but it's such a nice condo and if your a cook like me and your there for two weeks or more it's a bit frustrating. None of these things would stop me from renting this unit again. I actually tried for next year but it's booked up.
