This lovely 2 storey villa with private pool lies at the end of a cul-de-sac (dea end street) in San Juan de los Terreros.

An American kitchen, open to the dining/lounge area equipped with dining table and a relaxation area with TV.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate WC. From the lounge there is access to:
a terrace with dining table and chairs
the garden area with the private pool.
On the first floor with a separate entrance, there is a small galley kitchen, a bathroom with walkin shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with one single bed.
From the first floor there is access to the sunroof terrace with unobstructed view over the mountain range.
There is a separate laundry and boiler room on the ground floor.
Fully air conditioned all over.
