From day 1 we had a terrible experience, the room we purchased was not provided to us as we book it as a king swim up pool. Management was very poor in finding a solution and so was guest services. They did not want to upgrade or provide additional comp due to the situation as they were over booked. Called Expedia and they were not able to provide a solution other than to provide full refund and book at another hotel. Limitation on reservations for restaurants and some days no availability. Buffet at atlántico and caribe had variety but food was not good or even hot . Golden fish another restaurant by the water was good either limited selection and too many flies on the food. Pools were not super clean and lots of limitations on what pools and access you have . Although you purchased adults only , you are not able to access adults only if you did not purchase a pass for adults only. This resort was a huge disappointment and will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone wanting to come to Punta Cana. For the amount of money you pay take your chances elsewhere this place was terrible.
