ARE YOU KIDDING ME???! the property was closed and you didn't even know!!!! After one and half hour searching for the property that nobody knew, plus an hour trying to get it sort out with your rep over the phone ...THAT WAS NO HELP AT ALL... you have the audacity to send two emails asking how my trip was??? I have been doing business with expedia for the longest time and to tell you the truth my last 2 experiences have bee awful! GET TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! hire more staff to get better phone service, it is unacceptable to be on hold for over 35 minutes to have a rep that has NO clue whatsoever on how to solve a situation like the one we had. Thank goodness we know the area and were able to find accommodations by our own means at 10:30 at night! I EXPECT FEEDBACK AS TO HOW YOU ARE ON TOP OF COMMENTS SUCH AS THIS ONE, otherwise my business is definitely going somewhere else!
