I normally don’t do many reviews but the property was beautiful, the staff was attentive and very friendly my experience staying here was excellent . Check in was smooth and efficient the only thing I wasn’t to happy with was the food was not too great but overall great experience!

This is a really nice property. I was very pleasantly surprised by my room. My room actually looked identical to the photos that they had listed online which I really did appreciate cause a lot of the time you don’t get what they show you. The food was OK. The food at the RIU in Jamaica Ocho Rios was way better, it provided a lot more options, just in the buffet . But this one is fine as well. All of the staff was awesome. Everybody was always great. Franklin from the entertainment department was awesome and always made sure that we were engaged and had a great time by the pool. Kelvin is extremely energetic and a joy to be around even though I think he cheats that cards or at least makes up his own gamesand all the pool bartenders were awesome and accommodating. The RIU party club is very creative and awesome. I just wish they had a better mixture of music.

The resort and beach are very nice. The staff is outstanding. A great get away for recharging. Didn't leave the resort, so no idea about the area around the resort.

I didn’t get the room I paid for was supposed to be a swim up but they overbooked & did not inform me the suite they gave me was nice with a perfect view of the ocean,all of the staff were very helpful.. the food here 👎 the Elite Club had the best dinner this was the only place me & my husband liked, overall I will come back to Riu Palace Bavaro
