I absolutely loved our vacation. From the service, the amazing drinks, the food and did I mention the service. My only advice would be that there should be more activities but outside of that this was almost a perfect trip. My husband and I came for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It seems like something fell between the cracks because our room was not decorated on arrive. The attendant took care of that on night 3 so we were somewhat satisfied. Regardless we will be returning to Royalton! With friends!

If you travel to Royalton Chic, ask for “Pedro” at the front desk. An absolute gem of a human. Great guy, made our stay that much more enjoyable

The Royalton Chic was a perfect vacation for me and my wife. One of the best adults only resorts I’ve ever been to. Our butler Ronald made our stay extra special. He went above and beyond making our trip perfect. Any questions and concerns were taken care of. He took care of all our diner reservations. The restaurant were good. Staff was very attentive and hard working. Room was great, and always clean. Wife said the spa, were she had her massage was top notch. 3rd stay at a Royalton resort, never had a bad stay. Excellent.

I booked the Diamond Club swimout suite with 2 beds for me n my mom. From the jump things were not great. I reached out prior to my arrival to ask about a oveanview room change and to confirm my booking. I never heard back! So I was unsure I was even booked. Once we arrived we immediately received a welcome drink and were taken to the Diamond club desk to checkin. Upon checking in they asked me if I was okay with one bed. I said "no ), this is a mother daughter vacation" and they informed me it was the last room available. I asked several times how if I could switch to a lower price room with 2 beds or receive compensation. They said they would let me know but no one ever did. The room was $450/night and was supposed to include a butler and 2 beds. When we arrived for checkin at 7pm our butler was gone for the day lol. No. They did not provide a stand in butler. To relax and ease my irritation I ordered a bottle of complimentary Jose Cuervo and they brought me a bottle of Grey Goose THE NEXT DAY at 5pm lol. I never met my Butler until the following day. Roberto was amazing but it wasnt worth the cost since hes not even available or on the property during night hours. And who really likes to sit in the room all day? So it was an wasteful add on and Im still upset they wouldnt switch my room when I arrived if they KNEW they didnt have one available with 2 beds as requested. I reached out seveal times in advance to fix but no. Im livid

This property is clean and would be 5/5 if they would update the rooms. The customer service is top notch. Be aware that the hotel do ask for a $200 deposit for incidentals. The fee will be reversed, but you do not get the full amount returned.

I stayed at the Royalton chic for four Nights five days I must say the staff is amazing. They are also ready and willing to satisfy your needs. I got the diamond preferred Package that comes with a Butler and let me tell you my butler made my entire experience that much much better. His name is Aris. Any call or text I put out to him with my needs he made it happen in less than 10 minutes. I know that if I come back, I would stay at the Royalton again and request him. I never felt like I was bothering him like he didn’t wanna be there. He was a 10 out of 10. The day of my birthday he set my room up with balloons, rose, petals a cake, sushi champagne Ran my Jacuzzi water with rose petals in. It was a nicest thing anyone has done for me in a long time. I felt very loved and special on my birthday because of that there were a few minor things That I wish were different The diamond preferred rooftop pool for example there’s no music up there. There’s no bar up there and when I was up there for a while, there was no service that came to me up there. If they had a bar and a speaker up there, it would be amazing. I would say when you pay for preferred you have to go out of your way to go get your top shelf liquor, which is why I suggest the bar at the diamond preferred pool. The food was not so good 4 out of 10 last I ordered a smoothie and there was ba bug in it. I really didn’t make a big deal out of it because my entire stay was great. Entertainment was 4/10

Entertainment was very good and so was the entertaining staff. I especially want to say thank you to Fernando for your hospitality. The lady who was always walking around the pool and beach area taking our drink orders was exceptional. A big shout out to her. The dining room staff and bartenders were truly great. Even the groundskeepers were very pleasant and greeted us with a smile every morning. And the front desk personnel were always pleasant and welcoming. My overall experience was great.

As a frequent Royalton traveler, I was very disappointed in the resort’s activities. For an adult resort the ambience was not up to part, as once it is 2 PM, Excite is done and everything is closed. In addition, after spending so much money for this vacation and realizing how a booth has to be rented for $160 for the day, it was not a good experience. This resort was all about taking money from guests and giving very little. On a positive note a big thank you to Saudy Rodriguez for making my birthday a memorable one. This was the highlight of my trip.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds, the buffet had the absolute best food, and service was top notch. So much to do from karaoke to dancing, entertainment and everything in between. The pool was beautiful. My only cons: The towels were on the older side and not very soft. We also had a dripping ceiling in our bathroom and room phone didn’t work even after they fixed it. But a solid 8/10. We had a wonderful time.

This hotel is marketed as a 5 star resort. It also promotes upgraded services that are very much lackluster. The butler service is a scam there’s 1 butler to every 5 groups which makes it impossible to receive the attention they advertise. They also had emergency construction happing literally right outside of my door. Which was a super inconvenience being that you typically go on vacation to relax. Absolutely not worth all the money spent to stay at this resort and I will be looking to have some sort of refund given back to me for my inconvenience.

Where do I start Expedia got us a Diamond Club upgrade! The staff were amazing. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a resort. Specifically butler -Darleny. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience at Royalton. She even got us home made chicken noodle soup when my daughter’s stomach was upset. Hands down Darleny and her crew were amazing. Everyone looked for ways to service us and upgrade your experience. I look forward to trying ALL the Royalton after this experience they are my go to for all inclusive resorts. My cousin went to Royalton St Lucia and was equally impressed so it’s ROYALTON for the win for us! BTW you must book Diamond Club for butler service. Trust me it’s definitely worth every penny.
