Was a great choice for a family. Water slides and activities were great for all ages of kids. Kids club was nice, not a lot of engagement from staff but they were kind and the indoor ball pit and outdoor equipment my kids loved. Only complaint was if you wanted a warm shower you had to time it to get hot water and if you did you needed to make your shower quick or water was cold within 2 minutes. Staff at resort were all kind and welcoming.

When we arrived we were rushed by hotel staff attempting to make us sit through a presentation with empty promises. There was a power outage for about 2-3 hours, which also meant no running water as well. They had different choices of top shelf liquor for their preferred guest. Regular guest were served no name liquor The pools were nice. Not much night time entertainment Overall , we will not be back

Staff was amazing, room was great with upgrade for the double balcony, food was actually very very good for being an all inclusive,. Room service ended slightly early but who really cares when you’re in such a good place. Sports bar right in the middle open until 2am was perfect.

Loved the resort however drinks were no longer "All inclusive" like before, cheap liquer only the rest with money. Staff was super nice and helpful. The most frustrating thing was the guys that would come up to you to sell time share and the ones trying to sell you activities is very very annoying and they are rude when they spoke in their language to each other.

Lots to say about this property. First, the good points about this hotel. Room was large and clean. A few handful of staff were polite and personable. Their Asian, Italian, and steak restaurants were decent. The “preferred” private pool area was nice and less crowded. Now, there is a lot about this hotel that will make us never want to return. The hotel is associated with a company called X-pand. They are trying to get you to sign up and pay for points. The concept isn’t horrible but super pushy and rude sales reps. We told them several times that we wouldn’t be interested but they just kept trying to sell the package. We eventually got up and walked out. When you are walking around the property or sitting by the pool, you will have someone always asking if you want a massage or sign up for an activity. Lots of sales people walking around bothering you, when you are clearly just trying to relax. Some don’t take no for an answer. Most of the staff, except for a few, were rude and completely unhelpful. They seemed bothered when we talked to them. The buffet is edible but nothing to write home about. It was bland or too salty, or cold. Overall, for us, customer service can make or break a hotel. There should be more than just a handful of polite employees in our opinion.

I stayed here for a week and had an ok experience. The rooms and resort grounds were nice, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They were unwilling to help with changing my booking, and got annoyed when you had questions. They made us walk outside the gates to our overpriced taxi’s because they didn’t want to let them in. Overall the people there as a whole were pushy and have no idea what customer service is. They do have a really nice spa though. The food was ok, but usually bland or cold, and not fully cooked. The resort is also swarming with people asking you to buy stuff and they don’t like to take no for answer. No shuttle service either so be prepared to spend a lot on transportation if you plan on leaving the resort. Would not stay here again, but I’m glad I got to experience the country for what it was.
