Upea Beachfront Penthouse Condo Premier Golf -jäsenyydellä

Tämä on upea rantahotelli kattohuoneistohotelli Hacienda de Mitalla, joka sijaitsee Punta Mita Resortin porttien sisäpuolella. 4. Taloudenhoitajan päivittäinen aamiainen valmistelu ja taloudenhoitajamme pyynnöstä valmistavat lounaan ja välipaloja. Päivällisiä valmistaa myös taloudenhoitajamme tai gourmet-kokki, ja ne voidaan järjestää myös concierge-palvelumme kautta, mutta siitä veloitetaan lisämaksu. Vuokralainen maksaa kaikki conciergen ostamien päivittäistavaroiden ja juomien kustannukset huoneistossa olevista aterioista ja välipaloista.

Hän hoitaa sisään- ja uloskirjautumisen sekä huolehtii lentokenttäkuljetuksista, autonvuokrauksesta, ruokaostoksista, ravintolavarauksista, lastenhoitopalveluista, yksityisestä kokista ruokailutilaksi huoneistossa, golf-tee kertaa, vene- / valaskatselumatkoja , urheilukalastus, pyöräily, mönkijäretket, vetoketjuvuori, ratsastus, surffaus, melonta, melonta, melonta, housukissat, sukellus, snorklaus jne. A wonderful week spent with family
We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. We (6 adult family members) had a great time. We spent every day at the pool out front. We did tool around on the golf cart a little each day and checked out all of the beach clubs and went to town a few times. The beach clubs were all impressive but having the beautiful spacious ocean front PH, we just hung out there. One of the best highlights was Eli! She made awesome breakfasts and lunches that turned into our dinners as it was so much good food. That worked out great. She kept the condo clean from top to bottom as well. The concierge was also great to work with. He arranged the transportation to and from the airport. He was at the condo to facilitate a smooth check in when we arrived. The chips, guacamole and snacks we preordered were there waiting for us. He set us up with an ATV tour and made restaurant reservations for us. I emailed the owner a couple of times before I booked. He was informative, polite and quick to respond to my questions. It was really a great relaxing time in the sun. I believe this penthouse is the best location at Hacienda de Mita!

We loved our stay! Amazing condo that is beautifully decorated. Super comfy beds. Ellie is such a bonus. She spoiled us with homemade breakfast and lunch each day. We enjoyed our stay at Bill's lovely, spacious condo. The views were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the condo lovely and spacious. Best of all was our housekeeper and cook, Eli! Her meals were fabulous. She was delightful to be around and generally made every day better than it would have been without her. We also really liked that there is a strict no-noise after 10 rule. Since we brought two small children, we were up very early and the noise rule helped us get a good night's sleep We had some administrative hassles leading up to our visit, but Bill and the staff were quick to make some changes that will make the process smoother.

Simply marvelous
This is our second time staying here, and I already can’t wait to return! The concierge is affable and polite and helpful. Eli the cook is very talented and makes the best food for miles. The place is sparkling clean. Perhaps the only thing I would change is to make all of the lighting brighter. Most of the lights are very dim, and it makes it hard to read or button up clothes, for example. This should be an easy fix with specific bulbs.

Thanksgiving Trip Punta Mita
Location is excellent, close to the gate that leads to town. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have the extra bedroom and bathroom with bunkbeds. The only recommendation that we would make is to have a table on the patio for Breakfast or just to sit around and play games while enjoying the Gorgeous Views. We loved the condo.

Great property - elli/chef was amazing
My wife and I along with with our 3 kids (16,14,10) stayed for 5-days / 4-nights. Everything was great. Special shout out to the on-site concierge and the MVP was Elli who made our meals. This is paradise! The penthouse was better than the pictures….We enjoyed all of the beach clubs and took a small trip to Sayulita. We also had massages out on the balcony which was wonderful. The sunsets in Mexico are the best. We have many beautiful pictures and memories…Also, Elle was an added bonus. All around a perfect trip!

Wonderful unit, but Hacienda de Mita rules and security ruin the experience!
The unit itself was beautiful and in a great location, amazing views, wonderful concierge and staff. I have absolutely no complaints about the property itself. The Hacienda de Mita "security" and enforcement of "rules" unfortunately is utterly ridiculous. I have stayed at many of the residences throughout Punta Mita for the last 8+ years including the Four Seasons Villas, Tau, Lagos, etc., and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that we endured at the hands of the Hacienda de Mita facility. I acknowledge one night we were being too loud after 10 PM, so security came and wrote me a noise violation fine for $100, for which I apologized and went inside to tell the other guests to keep the noise down, which we did. Not 30 minutes later security was back claiming we were still being too loud. This time my friend who lives in Mexico went to speak with the security. At that time my friend also brought out a decibel meter on his phone which indicated no measurable noise. Notwithstanding this fact, the security guard wrote my friend up for ANOTHER $100 fine, and on top of it, fined him another $200 for purportedly being disrespectful to the security guard. I later learned the alleged disrespectful act was pulling out a decibel meter. The harassment from HdM security continued all weekend, and not just at our group but towards many others with whom we were with in PM. There are plenty of other wonderful options within Punta Mita. I would never recommend renting at HdM!!

Punta Mita Paradise at HCM PH2-2
Excellent condo with exceptional service for our week long getaway! We shared this condo with another family and it was the absolutely perfect. We awoke each morning to Ellie preparing a full breakfast complete with freshly squeezed orange juice. She cleaned and did all of our laundry all week as well. Her homemade enchiladas, guac and more dishes spoiled us and she couldn't have been kinder. Easy stroll to town through the secure iron gate from HCM made for fun happy hours and dinners. Would have been good to know that transportation between the beach clubs is provided if requested but found out the last day. We had 2 golf carts and just coordinated that way. Great location and would happily stay again. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

girls getaway 5 star stay
Everything was delightful. Bill the owner was great and communicative from the get-go. Elvia was a lovely concierge with excellent communication. Ellie and her daughter Marcella were wonderful cooks and kept the home clean and tidy the entire time. We had private chef dinners and dinners out - all were great. Private chef dinner was exquisite! We were seven ladies and the size was perfect. Bunk room was occupied by one - otherwise, better suited for kids. Everything you need is onsite within the gates - fitness, tennis, pickle ball, beach clubs, water sports, etc and everything else can be arranged with concierge. Airport transfer arranged with concierge is $140 ea way, regardless of number of travelers, so it might be cheaper to book something directly if you're arriving is small groups. Round trip transport to sayulita was $200 w/ tip for a 3 hr stay plus 1 hr round trip - driver waited there for us. The only negative I'll report is that the master bed is quite firm and not the comfiest. One of the queens in a guest room was also reported to be the same. Although I find this to be true with most beds in Mexico. They seem to prefer a firmer mattress. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, so plan to take your group indoors rather than on the balcony at that time. The water in the entire complex was shut off the last night from 8pm-9am for service which was a bit of an inconvenience, but we were warned appropriately and given lots of extra water to help us get through it. Only other disappointing item was a pair of new with tags pajamas mysteriously disappeared during the tail end of our stay or on the last day. I'm not accusing anyone, just still stumped as to where they may have gone. Elvia was great with communicating about it after our departure and said they looked for them. Unsolved mystery - but that's the only negative of the whole week. We would absolutely return - perfect in every way!

incredible oceanfront condo in Punta Mita
We will definitely be back here to visit. The property, condo, views, staff, everything was A+ experience. A group of friends of mine went here for our annual trip to golf, hangout, reconnect, and have fun and this condo and Punta Mita was the perfect place to do that. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property
We loved our stay. Elvia although new as concierge to the property worked hard to make our stay perfect. Proximity to walking gate into town made all the restaurants easily accessible. And Eli, chef/housekeeper was incredible. My only minor, minor concern would be and upgrade of the golf cart. It works fine but is extremely slow. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better 16 days.
