CASA DE BARCO- This newly upgraded and exquisitely designed penthouse condominium offers spectacular ocean, golf course, and mountain views. This home has top of the line appliances and interior furnishings with a modern and sophisticated design to ensure a luxurious experience.

Our penthouse has vaulted beam ceilings, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths with approximately 3,600 square feet of living space. The main master bedroom (bedroom #1) and the second master (bedroom #2) each have a king size bed. Bedroom #3 has two full size beds and bedroom #4 has a bunk-bed with an upper single and lower full bed. Luxury bedding and linens are all new to the property.

Enjoy easy access through a private security gate to the charming and very safe village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife.

The place is beautiful! Gorgeous view. Great accommodations. We loved that every detail was thought of. Having games and books in the entertainment closet is a nice touch. I even finished a great book and left it on the shelf. We've stayed at Hacienda de Mita before and this place exceeded our expectations. Max was also very helpful with our dinner reservations... especially because we were there during a busy time. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone... it is just perfect! Great End of Summer Stay Even During the Rainy Season
We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. We had some rain but always in the evenings or overnight so the weather fully cooperated during the days. All in all, this stay was the perfect way to end the summer before the start of school. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here and were impressed with everything involved! The communications between Concierge (Max - who is truly AMAZING) and us was flawless. He covered absolutely everything we needed and was very open in all communications and incredibly helpful. The location, the property, the experience, surpassed all of our expectations (which were high to begin with). Couldn't recommend this experience/place enough!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic!
Will stay here again when we return! Plenty of room for us and our 4 kids ages 17-21. Everything is so easy to get to, safe and family-friendly enjoyed every beach club and restaurants on the other side of the gate in the safe local town. Manager made it so easy to rent bikes and an extra golf cart for our grown kids to do their own thing. Only negative was the bunk room that had its own bath as well did not have air condition. But my son didn’t complain because our trip was so fantastic and he had his own room.

Five stars deserved
Welcoming staff, professional, made to feel special, well decorated. It was all fabulous, except for whoever we paid extra to buy our groceries for arrival. I would fire that service provider. Food was spoiled or wrong items bought and not bought where promised from a large grocery store to ensure quality. Except for that, this owner deserves kudos for respecting how much we spent and ensuring a lovely stay.

Nice condo/terrible security
The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The lady who came to cook breakfast was lovely. The security at the complex is out of control. They mess with the golf carts to make them go slower, one was put in tow mode and someone in our group almost did not make it back from the beach club. Had to push up the hills. If you talk even normal to win public areas you are shooshed. They will fine you if you accidentally turn the wrong way. It is frankly ridiculous and will not be coming back for this reason. If you want to feel like you are in a retirement village then by all means this is the vacation for you.

This condo is as pretty as the pictures. The location is excellent, walking distance to the town. Golf cart was provided for easy access to golf course and other beach clubs! Weather is always perfect in January with many whales. Max was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in this beautiful condo in HDM and definitely hope to return. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful decor, access to all beach clubs, etc. The paddle boards were a bonus and we used them multiple times. If you have never been to Punta Mita, highly recommend a visit to this property. You won't regret it...I promise!

I hardly know where to begin! How many times can I say perfect??? Our stay at Hacienda de Mita PH 9-2 was absolute perfection! Communication was easy and incredibly helpful. Everything was beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable and clean. Location, also perfect. Literally could not have asked for a better vacation! We have stayed at MANY properties inside the gates (and outside too) over these many years of going to Punta Mita but this was, hands down, the absolute best. Will definitely be rebooking for another stay. If you are looking for a phenomenal vacation, look no further as this is everything you could want! The condo was perfect for our big family. We loved the location. Access to various beach clubs was easy and proximity to town is excellent for dinners out. The team at the property was wonderful. One thing to note, they do not provide water for the entire stay. They provided two larger water containers but after that we had to bring water in.

Amazing getaway!
Our stay at Hacienda de Mita was a 5 star experience. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view was incredible. Max our concierge was beyond helpful arranging transportation, activities, and anything else we needed. The golf cart and access to numerous beach clubs made our vacation easy for all family members. Horseback riding, ATV riding, and a boat trip to see the Marietas islands filled our stay with adventure and beauty. Activities were only 10-15 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants both inside and outside the private gates. Punta Mita is an exceptional getaway.
