A beautiful resort with very friendly staff that is always happy to help and provide service. Lots of dining options, with really good food, without the long lines and wait times that often plague all-inclusive resorts. Great bars and service as well. Beautiful beach with lots of sunbeds and shade. Our little one loved the activities at the Kids club and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed.

This resort, staff and amenities was awesome. Exactly what we wanted and met and exceeded our expectations. Food and cocktails were luxuary. Kids amenities and kids water parks were amazing. The staff was exceptional. Night time entertainment was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

The room AC system malfunctioned and was fixed with a fungus smell. Room 5265. It was like twisting an arm and a leg to switch rooms. They masked the smell with spray and tried to convince me to stay in the same room until I talked to the manager. The new room AC was making a loud rattling noise #5373 when the fan was on high. I practically kept it low to minimize the noise to sleep. When the AC system is off, a cold draft still comes and feels the draft. Overall the place is beautiful but I didn't like their room. Staff can use more smiles when talking to clients. They do greet but seem mad. A hostess named Yarexy from Duke's restaurant should be an example of a greeting. She was by far the best friendly staff.

The evening live music runs quite late for families with children who go to bed early, and it’s very amplified and fairly loud. Otherwise it’s super family friendly. Excellent dining choices and wonderful staff. Beautiful property, lovely pools and beach area.

Our family of two adults, a 5 year old and two 1 year old babies and my nanny were at this property for 9 nights over New Year’s Eve. We had a wonderful stay, the property is modern and grounds immaculate and beautiful. Food is average, we tried most restaurants, our favourites were the steakhouse (perfectly cooked salmon and picanha), the Mexican and the Asian restaurants. The only oke you really need a reservation for is the Teppanyaki, which we ended up not going to. There may be a short wait for the other ones but not too bad. We had lunch at the beach restaurant every day, mostly guac with chips, some grilled food and pizza for the kids. Breakfast could certainly be better, not one good break from the wife variety of breads available. The beach is beautiful, a long and private stretch of white sand, with minimum sargassum. Perfect for kids to play, although the water was a bit chilly for my kids. I loved joining aquafun in the main pool daily. I would stay right and the centre where the adults only pool starts so my son could be swimming around me. Great entertainers! The water park is amazing and my son had a lot of fun, especially in the big bubble. The nightly shows were a hit with the whole family. We had two side my side junior swim up suites which were huge, and they both had a large jacuzzi where I bathed by kids, the 5 of us would all fit comfortably. Would certainly go back!

This resort was excellent in all areas!! The food was fantastic, the service of staff was remarkable, the grounds were very clean and our room was perfect!! I will come back several more times!

Loved the staff, chefs and everyone going above and beyond. Our room had a weird issue with closet lights going off and on every 10 mins throughout the night that simply made the stay annoying with young kids. Vegetarian options were a little limited but still available at all places. New Year's Eve party was the most underwhelming. There was a lot of hype with reservations for the seating etc. so we assumed it was going to be a special show like other days but it just ended up being a dance party that was way too loud and not kid friendly. Ironically all other night shows were fantabulous!
