Excellent comfortable room with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Delicious breakfast everyday. Perfect location for all tourist activities. Staff seems attentive to your needs. There is a very steep hill that takes you down into the area with shops and restaurants. It's unsuitable for those with disabilities or physical issues.

My friend and I had a lovely time at Queenstown House. The place is clean and well decorated, has free parking, and is very close to the city centre. Breakfast was amazing (best omelet ever) and staff was super friendly and helpful. The place felt safe and it was quiet. The only improvement would be better heating in the bathroom, but everything was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Queenstown.Very convenient location to the CBD.The view over the city and lake are beautiful .The accommodations were nice.There is no A/C but it is really not needed.They provide a full breakfast and a very nice happy hour(wine tasting) on M,W,and F.I highly recommend the Queenstown House
