Keittiö on täysin varusteltu perusastiatavaran, mikroaaltouunin, crock potin, tehosekoitin, astiat ja keittoastiat. Jääkaapissa on jääpalakone ja jääpalat. Kaasualue 2 polttimella ja Jenn Air kokki alkuun. Se on myös erillinen leivinuuni.

Hiiligrilli ulkona kuoritulla kuistilla

• Olohuoneessa on täysi näköala järvelle, 54 "taulutelevisio / DVD-soitin, varusteltu elokuvissa galore ja iso sähköinen takka alle tv. Sohva ja loveseat recliners.

• Perhehuoneessa kellarissa on TV, sohvat, pingispöytä, ilmakiekko ja pöytäfutis.

• Täysi kylpyamme sijaitsee pääkerroksessa pois keittiöstä, jossa on poreallas (ei suihkua tuolta tuolta)

• Koko pituus talon takakuistilla, upea näköala Greers Ferry, patio huonekalut ja hiiligrilli, 10 tuolia ja ruokapöytä. Rope light ja bug zapper.

• Järvi pääsee kävelemällä joko portaiden joukosta takaravintolasta.

PÄHKINÄ - RAKENTAMISEN VUOSI 2017 Kellari on rakenteilla ja ei ole yhtä mukava kuin yläkerrassa. Kellari on vuokrannut kesästä 2016 ja on hyvin käyttökelpoinen. Meillä ei ole ollut valituksia keskeneräisestä hankkeesta. (Jopa palaa vuokralaiset) Siellä paljastettu katto joist, eristys ja seinä on vielä valmis. Kuvat ovat ajan tasalla sivustossa. Älä lähetä sähköpostiviestiä kellarista, tämä on kuvaus tästä päivästä lähtien) Lattiapäällystettä ei ole asennettu tällä hetkellä (betoni sileä). Tämä alue on perhehuone / pelihuone. Tämä pystyy käsittelemään hauskempaa, karkeampaa asuntoa kuin yläkerrassa! Vihje Vihje, kuten lukita lapset alas hulluksi, kun nautit näkymästä yläkerran kuistilla. Tulee myöhemmin ranskalaiset ovet (kesällä 2018) yli näkymään järvelle myös alas portaita. Tällä hetkellä ei ole ulkoovia ja yksi huone on pieni ikkuna. Tämä kellari on hyvin USABLE, ei ole kiinni täällä, vain FYI. (1400 pehmeä)

Great place to get away with all the comforts of home!
The lake house was absolutely wonderful! The property and lake were beautiful. It is quiet and away from everything. We were four adults and 7 teens (16-18yrs) that were there for a church youth retreat. The property met all our needs for quiet reflection as well as fun entertainment. The owner was wonderful with communication and was a fantastic host. Book now and enjoy a very relaxing getaway in a well equipped home.

Family Christmas Vacation
My family likes to do a Christmas vacation every year. There are eleven of us, the youngest is fifteen. We love being together, playing games, watching movies, and eating! This cabin was great for our purposes. My son-in-law did a little fishing even though the weather was cold. The cabin has a fantastic view of the lake. It's easy to get to but very secluded and private. There was plenty of parking, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. Vwe had a fantastic time.

Great lake property
A total of 7 adults stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. Everything was as described in previous reviews. There was enough space for everyone and the master on the main floor was great for my elderly inlaws. There are a lot of stairs for everyone else. The downstairs was great and had a gameroom and 2 other bedrooms and a full bath. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games. The stairs leading to the downstairs area are steep so my inlaws did not come down even though there is a sturdy banister. The adult upstairs loft has a half bath which was greatly appreciated. The kids loft does not have a bathroom and it directly faces the adult loft so there is not really any privacy. We appreciated the installed safety gates at all of the stairs entryways just as a safety precaution. We cooked all of our meals and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and left over spices. They provided toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, so bring whatever you need with you. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The view and water access to this property is worth every cent. The path down to the water is a little bit of uneven terrain for folks that have balance challenges but it is definitely manageable. Overall, a great stay. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The view was really incredible. We fished off of the bank and in the kayaks and had a great time overall. Thanks!

Family at the lake

Lake house review
Overall the house was spacious, beautiful property. I did not agree with the strict checkout policy (cleaning before you leave basically & also having to pay a non refundable cleaning fee & the additional boat There should be more accessible kitchen hand towels. I also recommend bringing your own paper towel, and trash bags.

Basically a good property, with wonderful view and a back porch that was enjoyed by all. We knew going in that the basement was unfinished but still slightly disappointed (I know that's unfair). When the cabin is completed it will be stellar.

Great location with amazing views of the lake! Major perk was the ease of the walk to the water for all especially my older parents. We love Greers Ferry Lake and come quite often. This was the perfect location and accommodated everyone!

Thanksgiving holiday
We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property was better equipped with kitchen items than others we have stayed in. The oven needed to be in convection mode to work well but it was fine for our Thanksgiving spread. The host communicated well with us and I would recommend it for a great, get away from the world, time to slow down. We enjoyed it!

The view was beautiful.
We actually spent our time going to activities around the area. The view is beautiful. The boats were a nice accommodation and I wish they were included in the price. We did leave the place exactly as instructed. I had expected a Keurig coffee maker. The upper-level ceiling fans were very dirty and dusty. I had to clean them prior to turning them on. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well, so we washed all the dishes by hand. The refrigerator was not very clean. Those were really my only complaints. Overall, we enjoyed our time staying in a nice place with family.
