Staff was comparable to a 5 star hotel. Great spa, sauna, steam room and heated pool. Very close to airport, we walked to the hotel, about 12 minutes. Shuttle service about every 30 minutes or less. We took the Shuttle back to the airport. They recommended a private tour to a volcano, museum, and middle of the Earth. ($90 for 2 of us, Dec 2024) Room was specious and so was the bathroom. Very clean. Had a decent hairdryer, iron, ironing board, sitting area and cable tv. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fruits, breads, meats, eggs oatmeal and juices/coffee/tea. Restaurant offered menu or buffet for dinner. We loved it! It was on a busy street, but still not super noisy. We will definitely stay again.

Pricier than most, but worth it when you arrive
This hotel really caters to tourists- in a big way. All of the amenities are here, and it's ever nicer than most hotels stateside. The breakfast buffet is the BOMB. Service is impeccable. If you need an easy place to get to from the airport, the shuttle will pick you up outside of arrivals- but it's so close that you can walk. Really, one of the nicest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

We stayed overnight while in transit to our final destination and had a wonderful experience. The airport shuttle made transportation seamless, and the location is incredibly convenient. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food at the hotel was exceptional—prepared with local and sustainable ingredients, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
