This property is a duplex type setup and shares one wall with the main house, but is completely private. Shared laundry available for reservations over 4 days. This are is growing quicking including new business and homes. This home sits on half an acre. No smoking on property, events, or guests not on reservation. ID may be requested at check in and must match reservation.

This is a charming two bed/2 bath space for family or friends. Everything you need is at your fingertips and Sara is just a phone call away if you should need any advice about the area.Beautifully furnished. Beds are amazing. The neighborhood is ve4yquiet.and and easy to access.

Convenient Neighborhood Abode
My wife and I spent the weekend here with another couple to visit our kids at NCSU and to check out a football game. Space is attached to back of main home but feels private and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, both bathrooms are awesome. Small kitchenette with everything you need. Neighborhood is very nice and very safe and close to downtowe (about 10 minutes or $8 uber ride). Perfect for what we needed. If you are looking for a quiet, neighborhood feel, this is the place for you. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Will be back again!

I liked that the apartment is attached to owner's house...if any problems, they are handy. Though we had no problems. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Good cooking facilities.

Family stay with a preschooler and seniors needing handicap accessibility
We had the whole family with us from our 3 year old to my father in his 70s and we had everything we needed and more at this property. We were centrally located to everything we needed to be near. The rooms were huge with comfortable beds, the whole place was clean and we had everything we needed. My family all agreed we would love to stay here again when we take a family trip here in the future.

Ideal accommodations for 2 couples - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tastefully furnished & decorated, free parking for 2 vehicles, close to Downtown Raleigh. Hosts were friendly, helpful & close by. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our rental experience, it was 5-star all the way!

Wonderful 2 Bed/2Bath minutes from NC State and Downtown
The 4 of us, my husband and I, and my parents were in Raleigh to visit our daughter. I can't say enough great things about this place. Really enjoyed our time together. The interiors are all up to date and practically new, Roku TVs in all the bedrooms and family room. Great screened in deck. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and linens. Wonderful owners, easy to reach for check-in. Highly recommend.
