Angel was an Angel!
I was greeted by Angel when I checked in. She was friendly, patient and helpful. It was a pleasure to begin my stay at your hotel with Angel taking such good care of me. Upon check out, it was a different and noticeable experience. Nothing special… it was raining when I left and I asked if there was an umbrella I could borrow to get out to my car. The girl checked a drawer and said there was no umbrella. She did not smile once. Did not offer to get me a magazine or a towel to cover my head… nothing. I walked into the restaurant area and found (on my own) some kid menues and took one to over my head to get to my car. Big difference in customer service. Huge kudos to Angel!!!

The staff here were so welcoming. I left a pillow there and the housekeeping staff were so helpful in finding it for me. Front desk staff were also helpful (dining option near, information, etc). The staff make this hotel feel special.
