Other Things to Note:

Home has 2 parking spots assigned - one in garage and one in front of garage. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are the non-numbered spots found around the neighborhood. The garage will hold a vehicle that is maximum 19.5 feet high, 92 inches wide and 81 inches tall.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned.

2 outdoor cameras for safety, one driveway facing and one back yard facing.

Stairs are required to access all parts of the home.

Guests are allowed a maximum of 7 total occupants/visitors at any time throughout their stay including during daytime hours. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process. 8 OR MORE PEOPLE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY AT ONE TIME WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND. Parties and/or gatherings of 8 people or more are strictly prohibited.
