With more than eight years of exceptional hospitality, we are delighted to invite you to experience our charming residence nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, conveniently located just minutes from premier shopping and the vibrant downtown area of Raleigh. Our distinctive, purple-themed property creates a serene atmosphere, ideally suited for memorable anniversaries, family gatherings, business stays, or simply relaxing retreats. Thoughtfully designed with all types of travelers in mind, our home warmly welcomes families, couples, solo travelers, and business guests alike. Important Information:

Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of $300 will be placed as a temporary hold (uncaptured) on your payment method one day prior to your check-in date. This hold will be automatically released within five days after your departure, provided no damage or loss occurs during your stay.

House Policies:

Quiet Hours: To ensure the comfort of all our neighbors, quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

No Parties: While parties are not permitted, we happily accommodate family reunions, casual gatherings, and other relaxed get-togethers. Raleigh provides an ideal setting for reconnecting with loved ones.

Smoking Policy: Our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy inside the home, on the front porch, and on the back deck. A designated smoking area is available in the back patio area. Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300.

Care and Respect: We kindly request that you treat our home with the same care and consideration as your own.

Accidents and Damages: We understand that accidents happen. Should any items break or become damaged during your stay (e.g., dishes or glassware), please leave the replacement cost on the counter upon departure. Your honesty and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Property Items: Please refrain from removing hangers, towels, pillows, or linens from the property.

The house was the perfect size for our family gathering of 3. It was very clean. We liked that it was newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The home is located in an old neighborhood and the outside of the house is deceiving as to what you get inside the house. There is a nice deck but we did not sit outside due to a barking dog next door. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again.

Perfect for family
This townhouse was exactly what my family needed for a 5 day stay in the Raleigh area. We were visiting someone in Wake Forest but also spent time in downtown Raleigh, so the house was a great center point for the whole week. Everything was as described in the listing, and the hosts thought of nearly every accommodation someone might need -- dishes, dishwasher tabs, plenty of towels and wash cloths, tons of pillows that were actually comfortable, soap and shampoo, and even dark colored wash clothes for makeup removal. The hosts were communicative and easy to reach, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. This was probably one of the easiest stays I've had in a short term rental, and my family and I would gladly stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the Raleigh area in the future.

Overall property was in good condition. Owners provided eveything needed except washer and dryer which i think they mentioned it. Kitchen has almost everything needed. There is a deck with furniture where you can sit and enjoy sun. Only problem is the neighbor has a dog and it keeps barking. Other issue there were few bugs here and there so cleaners need to do better job.

Nice house and good location
Nice house in a quiet location close to lots of shopping and activities. Only 5 minutes from the convention I was attending. I would definitely stay here again. The porch was also a great place to sit and chill. We watched a bunch of squirrels and a rabbit who weren't afraid at all come right up to the porch. The area is really quiet. Couple of heads up for those looking to stay. - the beds are noisy. Like really loud. I startled myself awake a few times from rolling over. They are VERY comfortable, but noisy. - the toilet paper is probably the thinnest I've ever seen, so just bring a roll of whatever you prefer. I wouldn't let it keep me from staying here, but it's nice to know ahead of time. Bath towels, hand towels and washclothes are all nice and thick, as well as the paper towels. Communication was slow, but my question wasn't urgent, and I could have called instead of sending a message if it had been really important. This place is definitely worth the price.

Kitchen Remodel
The property was spacious and comfortable along with very well picked up and clean. My family came in from out-of-state to help my daughter renovate her kitchen. She lives only four minutes from this property so it was very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating with some extra towels. There also quite a few snacks and bottled water available when we arrived. We would definitely utilize the space again.

I'd definitely stay here again. Property is clean, and cozy. The only drawback was a neighbor letting their dog run free through the backyards as there is no fence. Other than that the property is great!

This unit is convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. It has a comfortable living area with room to lounge and watch tv. Overall it was just what we needed to hang out and relax with friends for a few days.

Comfortable & convenient base
My children and I stayed for the youngest one’s wedding. Check-in couldn’t have been easier, everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for those busy days. The location was ideal for the venue, and we appreciated such a comfortable space for the breaks. Our only negative was that the beds made noise whenever we moved. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

We staid at the sweeneys duplex while our house is being remodeled. It was very cute. They were very easy to communicate with and even came to bring us batteries when needed. Definitely will stay here again if needed! We loved our time

Fun little duplex
My family needed a place to stay while our kitchen is being remodeled. We throughly enjoyed our home away from home. The renters were so helpful and responded so quickly. Mr Sweeney even delivered me batteries for the tv remotes. Def will rent again if we need something close to home!
