In addition to two bedrooms, a den houses a queen futon for extra sleeping space. Step through the sliding glass doors and out to your oasis backyard complete with a sparkling, heated pool, gas firepit, and a lovely seating area perfect for relaxing with your favorite reading material or dining al fresco with the help of the gas grill. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, while central air-conditioning and heating ensure everyone stays comfortable during their visit.
This home is located in Magnesia Falls Cove near The River—Rancho Mirage's downtown core filled with restaurants, shops, and local entertainment options. Spend the day on Mt. San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 17 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. And in the evening, head to Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, just seven-and-a-half miles away, for dining, gambling, and live entertainment.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
Guests must book for a minimum of 28 days.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
