Talon pihalla on oma pieni pulkkamäki sekä mäenlasku välineitä.

Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä paljon tekemistä kuten Ranuan eläinpuisto sekä Iso-syöte lukuisine palveluineen

Talossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, suuri oleskelutila, sauna, pesuhuone, 4 makuuhuonetta sekä katettu lasitettu terassi.
Katettu autokatos yhdelle autolle sekä parkkitilaa lisäajoneuvoille.

Nukkumapaikkoja on 1 parivuode, 6 yhden hengen vuodetta, 2 vuodesohvaa, irtopatjoja sekä lasten sänky. Lisäksi 2 tavallista sohvaa joita voi halutessaan käyttää myös vuoteina

Avoin maisema revontulien katseluun heti pihalta.
Kesällä käytettävissä soutuvene erillisellä pyynnöllä.
