This charming space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for streaming on the 42" smart TV in the bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in, with the reassurance that we're just minutes away if you need anything during your stay.

The bedroom boasts a plush queen bed and a smart TV, while the living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa and a Pack 'n Play for little ones. Step outside to relax on the covered porch, complete with a propane firepit and cozy patio seating—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home, from board games to premium 100% cotton sheets and luxurious towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker and every utensil you could need. Cleanliness is our top priority. Between guests, we meticulously clean and sanitize every surface, wash all bedding (quilts and shams included), and ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival.

Other things to note
There is a larger home on the property, but rest assured the older couple that live in the home will respect your privacy and will be no bother to you while you stay in the barn.

Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours 8am-5pm.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Follow state laws when using fire pit

5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

7. For noise complaints

7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

8. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes and put on drying rack.

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
