The Space:
Sungai Tiny House 1 is located in Raub District, Pahang. This colonial gold mining town from the 20th century is laid between many of Malaysia’s highlands and tropics, showcasing the natural beauty of the land such as Fraser Hill, Sg Chiling, Kuala Gandah National Elephant Conservation and Kuala Selangor Fireflies. A 139 square-feet comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas.

The Neighborhood:
Sungai Tiny House 1 sits in the vast state of Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia. Where you can explore mountains, rainforests, and beaches, including Tioman Island's white sands and coral reefs off the east coast.

All attractions are within 1- 2 hr drive from the property.

Our local recommendations:

- Kuala Gandah National Elephant Conservation is an elephant sanctuary where you can interact with amazing semi-wild elephants.
- Fraser Hill is known for its cool highland climate with extensive jungle trails and is popular among bird watchers for its variety of migratory bird life.
- Kuala Selangor Fireflies is a short nighttime boat cruise that brings you along the Selangor River as thousands of fireflies hover and dazzle the mangroves under the moonlight.
-Sg Chiling or Chiling Waterfalls leads visitors on an enjoyable jungle route, passing by streams, rivers, and native greenery until finally reaching the destination of an 80m waterfall and a lagoon you can swim in.

Pahang State attractions:

- Pantai Teluk Cempedak, also known as Palm Beach, is best known for its aquamarine water and white sands.
- Chin Swee Caves Temple is a Taoist temple situated in the most scenic locations with sharp rocky slopes in Genting Highlands.
- Big Red Strawberry Farm is a popular attraction that grows hydroponic strawberries and organic vegetables in Cameron Highlands.
- Awana Skyway is a gondola lift system in Genting Highlands that connects Awana Transport Hub, Chin Swee Temple, and SkyAvenue.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 25 min drive to and from Raub
- 30 min drive to and from Bentong

By public transport: We advise guests to take the Central bus from Raub or Bentong.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Use of barbeque rack with charcoal is chargeable at RM50
- Breakfast is available for an extra cost and upon prior request by guests
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Pre-orders & Activities

- Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner are available and are at an extra cost of RM 75
- Please contact your land host 3 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Thank you.
- ATV bookings are available for an extra cost of RM 40 per 30 minutes. No pre-booking is needed; simply check in and pay in cash.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our amenities a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
