pousada media pra baixo
a pousada esta ao lado de um bairro aparentemente perigoso, pedimos + 1 travesseiro e informaram que a lavanderia nao havia entregado, chuveiro e torneiras oscilam a agua, chegando a flatar agua no banho, cafe da manha muito fraco, e sem qualidade, escadas até o 2 andar e sem a perspicacia do atendente em ofertar ajuda com as malas. informa cozinha americana, mas nao tem talheres, fogao ou utensilios. de carro fica uns 10 minutos do centrinho e caso esteja a pé, irá precisar de condução, e la é bem complexo para estacionar, isso que estavamos fora de dezembro e janeiro

Pousada e razoável, mais deixa a desejar no atendimento, pra quem procura sossego, não vá. Em frente a pousada muito barulho a noite toda, e o quarto do lado caiu o forro de gesso em cima de hóspedes e estação dormindo.

Lugar bem localizado, perto da praia, confortável, apesar de problemas de vazamento na ducha do banheiro. O café da manhã era em outra pousada na mesma rua, o problema é que encerrava 10:00 mas 8:30 já não tinha mais quase nada e não repunham.

Atendeu perfeitamente nossa família para uma pernoite em viagem com nossos dois filhos adolescentes. O apartamento tem dois pisos, no superior tem dois ótimos quartos com ar condicionado e no inferior tem uma pequena cozinha e sala. Estava muito quente e não tem ar condicionado no andar inferior o que tornou complicado a utilização do espaço. O Café da manhã era em uma pousada ao lado, bem simples e infelizmente a qualidade dos alimentos não estava adequada, haviam muitas moscas, o local era aberto. O bairro ao redor é bem simples. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de achar a entrada, pois chegamos a noite.

Reservamos um quarto duplex, chegando lá não tinham esse quarto disponível, nos deram a opção de incluir uma cama, o que deixaria o quarto bem apertado; mudar para um hotel vizinho, com uma qualidade bem inferior; ou cancelar, o que me pareceu uma piada, já que viemos de tão longe e dificilmente encontraríamos outro lugar naquele momento. Mudamos de hotel, que era da mesma rede. Os colchões eram velhos. Internet ruim. Atendimento bem ruim. Embora alguns funcionários fossem simpáticos, outros apesar do erro agiram como se estivessem fazendo um favor.

O cuidado com a prevenção a Covid19 no café da manhã deixou a desejar, varios hóspedes se servindo sem utilizar máscara e luvas. Falta orientação e fiscalização por parte do hotel. Apesar da estrutura de apart hotel, não disponibiliza talheres, copos e prato. A Geladeira do quarto fazia muito barulho e atrapalhou o sono. A cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro reunidas, mas nao utilizaram a capa de casal para impedir a sensação da divisória entre os colchões. O hotel é bom, mas precisa melhorar alguns aspectos.
