Claim Jumper A-Frame #2 is a cozy two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom cabin. Located on the river where there is enough outdoor space behind the cabin for children to play or fish! This home is a two-story cabin and sits as one of our Ski-In/Ski-Out cabins at the base of the Platinum Chair. Short distances to in-town shops, restaurants, and Red River Ski & Summer Area and is around the corner from the zip line and fishing ponds! When you walk into the ground flush entryway you will find the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A-Frame #2's living room is nicely furnished with two new and comfortable sofas, one of which folds down into a queen bed that surrounds the wood-burning fireplace which literally lights up the room when in use! The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable or use the DVD player to watch movies brought from home. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations, a full bathroom, and one set of twin bunk beds by the back door leading out to the river. Up the spiral staircase, you will come face to face with a choice to go right, left, or straight into the half bathroom. To the right of the stairway and front of the cabin, you'll find the master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV, and private window for great views of the Red River Ski & Summer Area where you can sit and watch video record or take photos of all the fascinating skiers and any humor-filled stunts! In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed and your very own window that overlooks the €œRed River€. Outside you will find the option to use the community charcoal grill for the ultimate mountain town experience or the Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate) located out the back door.
