Cannot complain too much for the price, but would definitely would upgrade to a newer stay next time in the area. Our room had a bad smell to it. To shut the bathroom door, you practically had to step into the tub. The rack to hang your clothes was right along side of the bed and when Tami got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, one of the coathangers poked her in the eye. Very small, and in need of upgrading. But if you are simply looking for an cheap place to stay in Redwing, it will work for you if you are just looking to crash there at night and not actually spend much time in the room.

Staff was friendly and attempted to be accommodating, however, this hotel is completely disgusting. The first night we had to stay in a smoking room (my own fault) and there were holes in the bedding. The second night we were moved to a non smoking, however, after trying 2 rooms with horrible smells and similar conditions (damage to walls, floors, fixtures, cheap/worn bedding and towels) we just left. We had paid through hotels.com so could not be refunded. So very disappointed.

The property had a moist kind of smell and was in need of , I feel, a lot of maintenance. Paint, holes filled, mold removed. It needs a lot of maintenance.

I liked the fact that it was super close to the casino, but i did not like the fact that there was a big hole in our screen, the big lamp didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and smelt like it was about to cause a fire. There was also a man who was walking around the property and was staring at us carrying our belongings in . Also the hot tub was out of service, which was the reason we booked with this hotel. the hallways smelled like literal death, the rooms has their own distinct smell to them that was not pleasant. me and my friend did not feel safe at all even with 2 males being present.

The staff was wonderful. The room was filthy. The bedding was covered in cigarette burns and smelled horrible. Worst room I’ve ever been in. We actually decided to drive home instead of staying the night when we arrived back to hotel and there were three police squads at the hotel dealing with an issue.

This was definitely not worth $160 a night. The tv didn't work in either room. In one of our rooms on the first floor the window was left unlocked and slightly open. They only put 2 towels in a double queen room.
