Check in was easy. Really like that they send a text to speed up the check in process when you arrive at the hotel. Hotel has various restaurants within walking distance. Pool was ok. The hot tub was out of service, but it wasnt much of an issue as the kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were spacious for a family of 4. We had the standard 2 queen room and there were no toes being stepped on. Mini fridge was really cold. Turned our soft drinks almost into slush the next day. lol… Happy there was a microwave in the rooms as well. Overall stay was nice! Check out was just as easy as checking in.

Cleanliness needs some help
Our room was a bit gross honestly. There was what looked like mold from moisture maybe on the ceiling/wall seam above the two beds. There was a mysterious brown smear on the wall above one of the headboards. Kleenex was empty and the toilet paper had been “stamped” with what looked like a wet thumbprint that went through at least 4 layers of the roll.

Great pool area and breakfast and nice big rooms. Access to the hotel is difficult and not obvious Not much you can do about that . Nice hotel overall. I enjoyed the stay despite the cold temperature

Renovation Needed
Hotel is getting really run down. Our room was at the end of the hall on the first floor- which sounds good. The smokers kept existing the fire exit for a smoke. The fire door was so load - woke out of our sleep - every time.
