Escape to your new Happy Place. Relax in this updated 4-bedroom plus loft and sunroom, 3.5-bath coastal contemporary townhome that sleeps 10 in Rehoboth Beach. 2 bedroom suites - one on the first floor! Located just west of Route 1 in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this 2,100 square foot home is just over a mile to the beach and boardwalk. This home is central to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer, yet is quiet and private.

This family-friendly community offers convenient access to many of Rehoboth Beach’s local attractions. Grab the beach chairs and umbrellas, and head over to the beach and boardwalk. You can easily get there via driving, walking, biking, or take a 5 minute walk to the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) and avoid the local traffic and parking meters. Take the back road to The Fresh Market for a quick grocery run, dine at Blue Coast Seafood or Big Fish Grill, shop-till-you-drop at the Tanger Outlets, or have a great day out with the kids at Jungle Jim’s – River Safari Water Park (Seasonal). Head over to Rehoboth Avenue for additional shopping and restaurants, or take a stroll down the boardwalk. Super easy access to all Route 1 has to offer! You can also grab the pool passes and enjoy a sunny day at the community pool or tennis court. So you don't have to pack your car to capacity, we also supply 8 Beach Chairs, two umbrellas, a beach cart, four collapsible chairs, and an assortment of outdoor games!

After a day of soaking up the sun, you can come home and relax while watching the smart HDTV with surround sound in the cozy living room on the oversized L-shaped sectional sofa before heading out for an incredible dinner at one of the many local restaurants. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous leathered granite countertops, and a dining room table that extends to accommodate 10 people should you decide to eat in as well.

Relax in the semi-private backyard, and grill some dinner on the brand new 5 burner stainless steel outdoor grill, or play cornhole, ladderball, frisbee, etc. Plenty of grass to sink your toes into and room for outdoor activities! Unwind and read a good book in the beautiful four season sunroom. And, thanks to the newly installed tankless water heater, even with a party of 10, everyone gets a hot shower/bath whenever they want!

When your busy day has come to an end, you can finally drift off to sleep or watch HD Smart TV in the first-floor bedroom suite with a brand new comfortable pillow-top king size mattress, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs you’ll find the second bedroom suite with a brand new queen size mattress, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, both with brand new queen size mattresses and large closets, and a loft that has a daybed with trundle. A full-size bathroom is located in the main hallway. All bedrooms include flat-screen smart HDTV’s and ceiling fans. Loft has a smart HDTV too.

Thanksgiving at the Beach 2024
We’ve been going to the beach for Thanksgiving for over a decade and this is the first property we ever felt comfortable staying at more than once. The home is just perfect for our family and the kitchen is well appointed for even a 15 lb. turkey. The owner is awesome, quick to respond to all questions, and provides detailed information about your stay. Definitely recommend!

Girls Weekend at the Beach
This home was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend trip. There were 5 of us and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the big family room and outdoor patio so we could all be together...for coffee in the morning, dinner at the big table or watching a movie. The location was ideal- so close to everything and communication with the owner was terrific!

Wonderful, Spacious Rehoboth Rental
We had a fabulous time for our family vacation down in Rehoboth!! Andrew’s home is a beautiful and modern rental decorated with solid simplicity. Incredibly spacious, it fits 10 people beyond comfortably - whether we were all having dinner together or whether we all needed some peace and quiet to ourselves throughout the week - there was enough space for both scenarios! It was perfectly clean upon arrival and a great convenience to have the linens and bath towels included in the rental - not to mention the community pool, beach chairs and beach umbrella that are available for guests👌 We have been renting in Rehoboth for years and this has been our unanimous favorite! Andrew was quick, helpful and friendly throughout our communications!! I highly recommend this rental- you will not be disappointed!!

Great place
We had a great stay, and the house was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to the boardwalk, and at least if you go on the early side (10 am), the parking there is really easy. If you ride bike and don't mind crossing a few interesting intersections, there's a really really good loop, 15 miles that we rode almost every day. We are looking forward to going back to this house again. Thank you!

Great House!
This is our second year in a row staying here and it’s always a perfect time. Upon arrival the house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. This house is really in a great location. You can get to Fresh Market, Exxon, and one of the outlets without red lights, and it’s easy to get to the beach and downtown rehoboth. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and there seems to be a lot of permanent folks in the complex. Andrew is a great host, always responsive to text messages.

Perfect beach week
Our group enjoyed our stay very much, the place is beautifully decorated, bright, clean and roomy for 9 of us. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked most nights and the location was excellent, 5 min walk to bus stop to the beach. Linens and beds were comfortable. Family reunion

Relaxing, convenient location and attentive owners
The house is very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and baths are up-to-date and well appointed. The art work is "beachy" and fitting. Andrew was excellent from initial contact through check out and follow-up. I've rented often in Edgewater, Canal Corkran, Rehoboth Crossing and Sanibel. This was one of the best choices I made. New Years Getaway
The house was perfect for our family get together. The space allowed our party of 8 to socialize , cook and sleep in a comfortable setting. The house is in a great location, close to all the action. We loved the brewery and the seafood restaurant in walking distance and it was a five minute drive to the beach. Great location! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us and the kids.

Lovely home with great floor plan. Easy drive to the beach. Nice relaxing time, quiet neighborhood. Went purposefully in off season so can not comment on the pool. House nicely appointed it was our second time staying if circumstances let us visit the beach again I would not hesitate to book the same home.

very nice
the house was very nice. well supplied with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Instructions were good and light switches were labeled( really helpful). The community is some rentals and some permanent residents, who were friendly to us. The pool is nice and great for a dip I the evening after being on the beach.
