Welcome to our tranquil coastal retreat offering a blend of comfort and style at the heart of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Our contemporary two-bedroom condo accommodates six guests, ensuring space for everyone to unwind after a day under the sun.
As you step inside, the sunlit living room greets you with a cozy sleeper sofa and a cable TV loaded with premium channels. The open-plan draws you to a modern galley-style kitchen, adorned with stone countertops and high-end appliances to whip up home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area bathes in sunlight, perfect for intimate meals or simply browsing the internet with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Retreat to two spacious and individually appointed bedrooms. Both equipped with a TV, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom cradles you in comfort with its queen bed. A convenient second bathroom features a bath, overhead shower, stocked vanity, and fluffed up towels - an oasis of refreshment.
Step outside to the screened-in patio, where you can savor a cup of coffee, relishing the serene outdoor ambiance. With A/C, heating, faultless Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, an iron, and more, our condo ensures all your needs are covered.
Guest Access:
As our privileged guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire condo along with its fantastic amenities. Bask in the luxury of high-speed Wi-Fi, an array of cable TV channels, and a fully-equipped kitchen catering to your culinary needs. The screened patio invites you to unwind, while free parking on premises ensures hassle-free trips around town. A convenient self-check-in with a keypad renders you the freedom of checking in at your leisure. During peak season, our Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass grants all-day parking in non-metered areas, enhancing your beach adventures.

Important house rules to ensure a seamless stay:
- Unapproved late check-out is charged at $40 per hour.
- Occupancy exceeding listed individuals is charged at $50 per person per night, risking contract termination without a refund.
- Celebrate with us, but please keep down the noise post 11pm.
- Our property is a drug-free, no-smoking area, and pets are not allowed.
Observe check-in at 4 pm, check-out by 10:30 am for effortless transitions and respect appropriate disposal of waste. Don't forget to cumulate dirty dishes in the sink. Feel free to use the laundry facilities, remembering to clear out the lint trap after use.
To keep our condo as sand-free as possible, kindly rinse off after the beach adventures. Using the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass? Be vigilant, for a replacement fee of $300 applies in case of loss or no return.

*$40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.
*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)
*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.
*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.
*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.
*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.
*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.
*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.
*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you'd be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.
*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 11 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.
*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests. Please clean the lint trap after each use.
* BEACH: - Please rinse the sand off to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the unit.
You're welcome to use the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass which is only required during peak season May 15 - September 15 and is good for use in non-metered parking areas. Please note that if lost or not returned, there is a replacement fee of $300.
