Reno Riviera is a very unique, carefully thought after property. Live it up like a local in this gorgeous private home. Located in a quiet old southwest Reno neighborhood, just off the busier main drag.

Principal suite with joining bathroom, and Junior suite with eclectic bathroom.

Reno Riviera offers the perfect retreat accommodations for 4 adults. There is also a twin-size pullout sofa sleeper. Quality linens, fenced back yard, large backyard patio, outdoor propane grill, full privilege well equipped kitchen, including many pantry staples and spices, laundry facilities, large dining table, secure wireless Wi-fi access. Amazon Fire Stick TV provides hundreds of viewing options. Smart TV with streaming.

Reno Riviera has a wonderful open floor plan, perfect for two couples. The house is a split-level, with no more than two steps going to the den area, also steps from the master suite into the bathroom.

The lovely outdoor patio make summertime especially ideal to increase your usable space. Our new double driveway allows for off street parking with more street parking right in front.

Centrally located, three blocks west of downtown Reno. In town for business, perfect! Ideal location to catch all the Reno Special Events. Just across the street from Reno's oldest park, Idlewild, with the Truckee River flowing thru. Joggers, dog walkers and bikers abound. The Kayak Whitewater Park and river rafting are summer time favorites for cooling off. Located ideally for fast and easy viewing for Reno Hot Air Balloon Races, bike ride to the Reno Aces Ballpark, arrive home, out of the dust from a day at the Reno Air Races!

Location is central, three blocks west of Reno down town, Reno mid-town art district, as well as casinos and many restaurants. Direct I-80 freeway access, 50 minutes to Tahoe City, or take a scenic 50 minutes on 395 S. up Mt Rose to Incline Village. Outdoors is wide open for adventure and enjoyment. Reno night life awaits! Tons of restaurants, casino showroom entertainment. So many great events .

One of a kind beauty
We went to Reno for Thanksgiving week and stayed and the Reno Riviera Retreat. We chose this property after seeing the pictures online. It was even more amazing in person. The artistic touches and decorations throughout the house make this a unique experience. From the beautiful wood floors in patterns of different woods, to ceilings with mosaic times or stamped tin, the entire thing is an artistic experience. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked for any occasion, even a Thanksgiving feast. Josh, the host was wonderful. He communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this one of kind getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Reno Riviera. The location is near Idlewild Park and some nice walking trails along the Truckee River. Everything was comfortable and convenient, as expected. The fenced in back yard was also great for our small dog.

Unique and amazing
This is an amazing property! So clean! The home feels so welcoming. The interior is beautiful. Art work built within the home. Everyday I discovered something new in the decor. Location is spot on. We were able to walk a block and take advantage of the walking paths along the trucke river. Park with pond and playground near by. This is absolutely one of my favorite VRBOs. Josh is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful when inquiring about activities in the area. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. This is truly a unique place. I was so sad to leave it.

A home away from home!
We stayed Riviera Reno while we were town for our niece’s graduation from nursing school. Everything about the home was perfect! The set up was great to have the extended family over for meals and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the backyard, the beds were super comfortable, and there were a lot of lovely touches in every room. We also loved the unique decor — so fun! You can tell this home was built with care!

Cozy house in a great location
We came to Reno to visit family and celebrate a big birthday! We've stayed in this house before and chose to stay again because it it so comfortable and well-appointed. The owner has thought of everything that one might need to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood is cute and close to downtown. It's a great house and we would definitely stay there again!

This is an amazing property and Josh is the best host ever. I was recently widowed and in the process of selling my house, I needed a retreat. The moment I walked in the door, I smiled and felt at home. I loved every minute in this truly unique house. Perfect for couples or single folks. pretty cool home
artistic, funky, whimsical, and fun! great house in a really nice location. clearly the builder was extremely artistic and non-conventional, every room was a fun discovery of materials and craftsmanship. we use the home as a base for daily travels so we didn't use the home's flair to its potential but would have been enjoyable to have a glass of wine out on the back patio. would definitely rent again.

Home away from home
Beautiful, well-appointed home with all the amenities one could need. Artsy flare and creative details adorn this sanctuary in the city. Located in a nice, peaceful neighborhood near a gorgeous river park, yet just a couple miles away from downtown and major casinos. Ample street parking if you brought your trailered cars for Hot August Nights like we did. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventuring or a late night under the bright lights. Far better than a noisy casino; your car is right outside and you're a couple minutes from the freeway. Layout of the home is spacious with plenty of room to not be in each other's way when staying with friends. Kitchen has tons of cookware, bakeware, and appliances, all the spices and seasonings, coffees, teas, plenty of dishware, silverware, and glasses. Bedding is comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Climate control is set perfectly. There's truly nothing bad to say about this place and will definitely stay there again when traveling to Reno! Highly recommend!! 10/10.

Creative artistry throughout.
Home was located near Idyllwild Park. Yummy food trucks on Friday night. The well equipped house has four folding chairs to use. Extensive walking trails along the river. Nice backyard for coffee in the morning with the birds singing. Most well-stocked VBRO that we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for a great holiday.

Marvelous home in great location
This was our second stay. We hope to make it an annual event. The house is comfortable with bedrooms located on opposite sides of house for privacy. We particularly love the artistic touches in the house from the amazing terrazzo and tile work to to copper sinks and tin ceiling in the kitchen to the wood working. My dog loved the backyard!

Whimsical, charming house
This little house on Riviera Street is an amazing place to stay! In addition to all of the beautiful mosaic tile and stone work, it is a very comfortable and welcoming home. The neighborhood is quiet and very secure and located just a few steps away from the Truckee river walk and one mile from a fabulous bakery called the House of Bread. Every appliance and amenity you can imagine are included in this pristine home and everything is in excellent working order. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. I will never stay in a hotel when I visit Reno again if this gem is available!
