Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had a triple room, but we were supposed to have a queen and a twin - had 3 twin beds. The "A/C" was a joke - the room was very hot. Air did not get in to the 2 beds room. The bar at the hotel is very small. The restaurant only serves hotel guests breakfast.

Very personable service. Great location. They are very helpful with any questions you have and speak English as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is very near the train station so easy access to Stuttgart and other locations. Short walk into historic and shopping areas. Terrific breakfast.
