The entrance leads to stairs up to the first floor, where you find a spacious lounge furnished with a three-seater sofa, three armchairs, a TV, a coffee table, and a six-seater dining table. The lounge opens onto a decked terrace perfect for sunset aperitifs.
The large country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, washing/dryer machine, and a wall-mounted breakfast bar. The first floor also includes a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. The first floor features a king-size bedroom with sea views, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, roll top bath, sink, heated towel rail, and toilet. The second floor includes a twin attic-style bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a single bedroom all with sea views.
Seascape offers driveway parking for three cars and is less than a five-minute walk to Rhosneigr village. The decked terrace and private garden provide plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
