Great access to Novo Shopping Center by walk or car. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good and affordable cost for dining in. I look forward to my next stay here.

There was a lot of noise from a dog locked in a room. the hotel does not tell is a pet friendly or I'll ask for a room away from noise. Other services were just ok.

Hotel muito velho, com condições precárias. Escada. Banheiro muito ruim, apertado e muito velho. Camas razoáveis, travesseiros ok, ar condicionado funcionando mas fica com a luz acesa sem possibilidade de desligar o visor. Cafe da manhã bom.

Eu gostei demais. Recepcionistas todos atenciosos, gentis e proativos. Café da manha maravilhoso, tantas opções que nem dei conta de provar tudo. Piscina sempre limpa, maior que das fotos, limpeza sempre tudo muito limpo. Precisa fazer uma reforma nos tetos da recepção e o estacionamento poderia ser coberto. De resto só elogios.

O hotel é bom, tudo muito limpo, porém quanto a estadia para pet deixa a desejar, não há lugar para o animal ficar, tem de ficar somente no quarto e vc paga uma diária e não usufrui nada para meu animal
