It was an amazing stay from the second we checked in until we left! The lady who checked us in was super sweet and knowledgeable of the area… she told us of adventures in the area to go on and assisted with many other navigations throughout our stay! The entire staff was very kind and helpful! The facility was beautiful and well maintained, and the valet gentleman was super!! I will stay there again for sure!

Love this hotel but it needs some maintenance
All staff except for bar were exceptional. Front desk, valets and restaurant were top notch. I love this hotel but it is showing signs if needing a refresh. There were issues with elevators, air-conditioning, toilet spontaneously backed up. It it just in need of some maintenance.
