When I first checked in, the front desk employee was outside smoking and talking on her cell phone. When she came in she smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. She just told the person on the phone to hold on and placed the phone on the counter so they could hear all my personal information I was asked to provide. After she entered it she asked if it was correct, which it wasn't but she said she didnt need to correct it. When I asked if it was an updated room she simply relied with "the hotel is 20 years old." Not a very good welcome or first impression but overall the room was clean except there were several hairs on the ceiling in the shower.

Elevators and gym needs maintenance, but all was functional. I had to fix a piece of gym equipment before i could use it. Spotless room. Heater stank a little. Great breakfast. Desk staff was very attentive.
