THIS STAY WAS BY FAR THE WORST STAY I EVER HAD AT THE EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL. THEIR WASNT AC IN THE HOTEL UNIT WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH PATIO DOOR OPEN WITH NO SCREEN NOW ME AN MY FAMILY IS SICK OUR KIDS WERE IN THE LIVING ROOM THEY WAS SO HOT, WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR NEW LINEN THE SLEEP SOFA LINEN WASNT CHANGED I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 3/10 STARS

Elevator was jumping and hurt my knee. No HVAC control in room. Room was hot and we could not do anything about it. More like a motel now rather than a hotel. Very disappointed in how much this property has gone down.

There is a lot of positives to this property but sadly it seems as though they may have run out of money to maintain it. Positives- an evening reception with free drinks and snacks, a beautiful free breakfast, large suites and spacious living room areas in them, and friendly staff. Negatives- not very clean, items still in our room’s trash can, the pool was very green and smelled bad.

Wonderful stay here. Clean comfortable room; fantastic front desk personnel; free happy hour with beer, wine & spirits. Free breakfast. Had a great strip steak dinner. Excellent food. Definitely stay here if traveling to or through the Richmond/Henrico area.

Check in was a nightmare with over an hour to get our room… staff on reception were understandably stressed but uncommunicative- eye contact the offer to take a seat and be called when they’re ready and a sincere apology would have gone a long way
