Comfortable Convenient Stay

We were two adult couples needing a place to stay while visiting our mother and this place was perfect and close to where she lives. The house has everything we needed in the kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, the two bathrooms greatly appreciated. Also our host was so welcoming, super responsive and helpful.Highly recommend if you're visiting the Richmond area.

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fairly well stocked, utensils could have been of higher quality. House was advertised with fire pit but they didn’t provide any wood. Overall it was a very nice place to stay for the week.

Great Location

Great house! The location is perfect for quick interstate access. House was very clean, lots of seating and the kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to cook. We will keep this one on our list for future RVA visits!

Great value

The location was wonderful, dead end street with police officer living a few doors down. Easy access to everything you would need. The home was clean and comfortable. Ice maker didn’t work, limited towels and toaster was not good, are the only bad things. Overall would stay there again!

The house is nice. It’s in a quiet area. The two baths are not en suites; in fact, one is behind the kitchen, and not near the bedrooms. My bed was very comfortable.

Loved the overall size of the property. Location was 10 minutes from where I was competing in a tournament and places such as restaurants and grocery stores were conveniently located to the property. Would definitely recommend and will consider this property again if in the area.

It was a perfect location, central to downtown and the west end of suburbs. Close to a hospital if needed, close to 64 and Broad street. Great bbq at Buzz and Ned’s. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great wedding weekend.

Perfect short stay

I was in town for the A10 women's basketball championship and this was the perfect spot. Easy to get to and get in, great communication with the local in charge and the location was great for what I needed. Plus, it was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Met our needs

House met our basic needs with 3 adults in town playing in a senior softball tourney at Glen Allen Park about 5 miles away. Three queen beds in separate bedrooms isn't easy to come by. Would stay here again if in the area.

Our Weekend Humble Aboad.

This property is to die for! to the communication of the property manager and also to the cleanliness of the property. The house felt exactly like home, The property manager was on time with answering back to messages and making us feel secure and safe. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to be somewhere other than a hotel but wants the hotel feel while having their own space to cook and use the fire pit in the backyard. The bedrooms were the best the beds were comfortable and clean, down to the mattress of the bed was clean. I will definitely be back, We loved our weekend stay!
