Randolph Neighborhood Gem lähellä VCU: ta

Ammattimaisesti suunniteltu, tämä Randolphin naapurustossa sijaitseva kaupunkitalo on kävelyetäisyydellä Richmondin halutuimmista alueista. Tämä koti on 6 korttelin päässä Virginia Commonwealth Universityn kampuksesta, James River Parksista ja Randolph Community Centeristä Petronius S Jones Parkissa. Naapurustossa on kätkeytyneenä helppo pääsy intersteille, samalla kun se on edelleen kävellä Fan-alueelle, Oregon Hillille, jossa on ravintoloita, baareja ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Nauti päivän seikkailuista nauttien tämän yksityisen rivitalon hienostuneisuudesta. Toisessa kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone, josta pääsee suoraan makuuhuoneeseen. Kutsuva king-size-vuode on suuri taulutelevisio. Kaapissa käyminen tekee pidentyneestä oleskelusta nautinnollisen säilytyksen kanssa verhoitetussa tavaratilassa ja lipastossa.
Kaikissa muissa kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio, vaatekaappi, täyspitkä peili ja queen-size-vuoteet. Jokainen sänky on pukeutunut peittoilla ja 4 isolla tyynyllä uusissa patjoissa. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Kudotut korit marmoroidun yläosassa olevan turhamaisuuden alla tarjoavat organisoinnin ja varastoinnin.
Takakansi ja piha tarjoavat yksityisen paikan latautua päivän seikkailujen jälkeen. Pysäköintipaikka kujan varrella tarjoaa helpon sisäänkäynnin ja ulospääsyn Richmondiin, Virginiaan.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Virginia Commonwealth University (yliopisto). Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Richmond gem
The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.

Richmond Getaway
The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to Hollywood cemetery, and my husband loved being able to easily bike to both the Pump House park and to the Belle Isle bridge. Everything else was an easy drive(under 10 minutes). The property was clean and, check in/out was very easy. We would absolutely stay again.

This property had all the amenities, modern and clean decor, nice friendly neighborhood atmosphere, a little park a block away to walk the dog, and within walking distance to the many features of RVA.

Close to VCU
This is our second time staying here. We love how close it is to VCU and it’s walking distance from our son’s apartment. Lynley is a great host, she’s very responsive if you need to reach out to her. The place is a good size and the beds are comfortable. The snacks left for guests is a plus.

Expensive for what you get
The townhouse is located in a very run down section of the area. It is close to VCU and very walkable to the restaurants in the area. The house is very worn out, a number of repairs needed, and was not well cleaned for us. The backyard is usable for dogs to go out which was helpful, but the back gate does not shut securely. Our SUV did not fit in the parking spot provided but there was ample street parking. Overall it was overpriced for what you get.

Great Place for a family visiting
Great amount of rooms and having the one and a half bath was wonderful. House was beautifully, decorated, and kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. Having the offstreet parking gave us peace of mind.. Location was great, we were able to get in to see all the tourist attractions very easily, and RVA tuk-tuk could pick us up right at our doorstep.

The stay was a breeze, easy to get in, very comfortable, and a bonus was the variety of snack offerings. The location is great if you need to be near VCU or downtown. The neighborhood itself lacked charm but is safe and easy to get to. Great place!

Great place!
We stayed here to attend a music festival. The property was clean with lots of nice touches. There were snacks and all convenience appliances, which were clean and in good working order. The yard was fenced which was great for pets who were in unfamiliar surroundings. The beds were super comfortable and the linens clean. Great wi-fi and so nice to have a TV in all bedrooms for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was super clean, which is important to me when preparing food. Nice front and back porches to hang out on. Good area to take early morning walks in; close enough to restaurants if we preferred to walk instead of drive. Adequate parking for our entire group. We'd stay again!

Great Stay In RVA
Cute little spot in downtown Richmond! Pros- It is close to everything downtown- Maymont Park, museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. The place was super clean, and beds were comfortable. We also liked that it was pet-friendly. Our kids loved the snacks provided by the owner :) I got a little nervous when I hadn't received our check in information with only 5 hours to go before check-in. But, when I sent the owner a message, she responded immediately. It would be nice to have an email sent saying we wouldn't receive our check in code until a few hours before check in. Only con- The last night of our stay the neighbors had a DJ on their deck until 1am. It was extremely loud, and kept us all awake. This was no fault to the owner, but just a heads up to future guests.

Enjoyable visit
The furnishings and decorating were nice and modern. The bedding was pretty with lots of nice pillows. There were soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower which was thoughtful and the snack basket was a fun touch. The small office in the master closet was a good idea. Some tlc on paint, flooring, and outlets (several weren't live) suggested. we like to cook and would have enjoyed more extensive kitchen items- but other guests may not care as much about cooking.

Wonderful, clean -- perfect for family trip with kids
Made a long weekend trip to Richmond with my two pre-teen daughters and my 70-year-old mom and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. First, there was plenty of space. The three bedrooms were perfect with the kids in the master splitting the king and mom and I each taking a queen room. Beds are a bit tall, but mattresses are nice and comfortable - and plenty of pillows! There is a vanity in the walk-in closet of the master set up like a home office desk, so if you needed to bring your laptop and do a little work, that was an added bonus. The upstairs bathroom has doors in both the hallway and the master, which is both a blessing for convenience and a curse (whoever is in the master bed can hear everything going on in there). There is a TV in every bedroom with pretty much any streaming service you can think of, plus live TV available, which was great because we all wanted to watch different things to wind down at bedtime. There is also a TV in the living room, although we never used it during our stay. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had everything you would need if you planned to during a longer stay. The hosts also graciously provided copious snacks (the kids were big fans!) and K-cups of coffee. The washer and dryer was a huge plus too after we spent the day at the water park at Kings Dominion and were able to clean and dry our swim clothes. Street parking and a pad in the back meant plenty of space for 2 cars if you needed it. Highly recommend!

Nice house - good location - easy parking - one block from a small park.
Nice house and very nice host. Snacks and dog treats get an A+. second floor can get very warm but host has left a fan which if you blow the air up the stairs cools the upstairs adequately. good for pets and overall a nice experience.

We were in town because our son is stationed at the base. The rental location was cool because its near VCU and there are restaurants and sights near by. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was comfortable.

VCU graduation weekend
This house was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and enjoy the weekend in Richmond. The house was perfect, clean, and exactly as advertised. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful home in a great location! We arrived to fresh flowers and a clean, well stocked home. Our host thought of everything and was very responive to any questions that I had. Close to VCU
We spent a short weekend in Richmond to visit our son who attends VCU but also to attend VCU's open house for our daughter who is also interested in attending. The house is pretty close to VCU which was a plus for us. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room/space for our family of 4. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary essentials, the coffee and snacks were definitely a plus. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend together.
