The employees of the lodge were very kind. They helped improve the experience.Sadly, all the activities were booked when we arrived and we couldn’t do anything. We didn’t know we needed to reserve ahead of time.The person we rented from, Edward (Christian as the communication guy , told us we would be upgraded for free to the one bedroom. We were not given the one bedroom, but a studio.We bought travel insurance for emergencies. Sadly we had an emergency, my son broke his arm the week before and needed surgery. They would not let us cancel or book a later date. Why buy insurance? I offered to show medical documentation.Any questions I had, he referred me to the registration desk.Ultimately, we left a day early because we couldn’t do anything and just had a bad taste in our mouth from the service from our host.
