Clean and Modern
WE enjoyed our stay. The breakfast bar was amazing, all the good stuff to start my day. We had juice, coffee, omelets, biscuits, pancakes, fruit. The room was quiet and clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. No noise from the interstate which was nearby. My only complaint is that the trash can in the bathroom was small.

Started off rough but got better
The staff called me immediately after my reservation was booked. She informed me that they had no rooms available for the type I reserved, and she doesn't know how it came through. She was very nice and was able to get us in a room with a pull-out couch. Not ideal but worked for the night. There were no carts to take all of our stuff up. Staff told me people hoard these in their rooms. My wife had internet issues, as she had to work from the room. Area was a bit loud with music/bass. We were appreciative of the late check-out. Bed was comfortable. Shower was clean and spacious. Would not stay here again, but it is a very nice hotel with nice staff members.

The air conditioner had a very musty odor indicating a need to check the air filter. Cleaning staff is falling short. Floor in bathroom and furniture tops had a film of sorts indicating use of a dirty mop and dirty rag for cleaning. Given this is a brand new property, management needs to get on top of this. Asked for a receipt upon check out and was told Expedia would send one since I booked it there. Can provide a receipt? What?

Wonderful Stay!
Our stay was extremely wonderful!! I will stay here every visit! Staff amazing, service is so quick when you call for any additional things that may be needed in your room.. the entire room was spotless, i wish i would have gotten the ladys name on duty that night at check in desk... She was so pleasant and i checked in at 9:50pm, she was a delight😊 she is one of the key factors of us coming back her customer service. Thank you so much
