This property is too run down to be featured on Expedia. The floor was filthy. It had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bare feet had a dark layer of dirt after walking around for an hour inside. We don't wear shoes indoors. The whole place has severe water damage after H. Maria; Warped bathroom doors, split night table leg, missing window boarded up. Left early and are looking for a refund.
Only one electrical outlet on the room, with an extension cord. Tiny bathroom. The building is beside the road, so you will hear all the noise, from the cars and the bar.
Very poor internet. Not what I paid for. Room did not have what I purchased for. No futón only a bed n a dresser. No table to dine n only one plastic chair.
The room was cool, spacious and very clean. Roosters were crowing in the morning but it's like every Caribbean islNs. Not an easy walk to town so you need a car or ride
Stopped in on a Thursday night. Internet was down. When i contacted desk i was told i would have to wait until Friday 9AM for the guy who handles it. The "guy" who handles that is also the landscaper. Did the same troubleshooting that i did, not resolved. I was then told by front desk she would have to contact the owner. When i returned later that day i was told the cable techs dont work on Saturday or Sundays. Attention owners, empower your people to pick up the phone and call the cable company.
Saturday greeted us with no hot water at all. We checked out and went home. Very dissapointed.
Excellent for a similar priced place. Clean, close to beaches and downtown. Staff was friendly and called me after checkout as I left something in the room. Would stay again. No hot water tough.
The Inn is under new management so it is a work in progress, BUT the pool is killer, the location is great, fine parking, nice Mexican restaurant in front, price is right. No WiFi in rooms, but the restaurant has it. Refrigerators, microwave, and coffee makers, good sized rooms.
On site worker were great 😃 the maintenance guy, the young ladies that clean were nice and respectful, helpful, won't take tips for helping you, great staff. Not my first time, will visit again soon 🙏
