My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe and really enjoyed the rooftop lounge as well as the everyday breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall I had a good experience. The hotel is in a great location and accessible to the nearby neighborhoods such as Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, etc. The front desk staff, especially Thales was amazing, friendly, and helpful! Storing our luggage before check-in and after check-in was great. He even directed me to an area to change my clothes since we arrived well before check-in time. The service on the rooftop is incredibly SLOW so be prepared to wait for your food for a long time! The male waiter and pool/towel guard isn’t the most friendly either. The rooms were clean but there’s noticeable areas of improvement to bedding and shower tiles. I didn’t feel uncomfortable so that was an advantage regardless of some of the interior wasn’t great. There were NO bugs in our room nor any seen on the property so disregard those reviews. The neighborhood is safe and the street the hotel is located on was safe! I never felt unsafe even standing in front on late nights waiting for Ubers. Breakfast was good and well stocked everyday! Hotel provided beach chairs which was a plus!

I love the location, so close to the beach, very nice roof terrace although it is small. The only disadvantage is the reception which has only a few members of staff so we had to wait one hour for check-in.

Eu sempre escolho Novotel, e os motivos são, local, segurança e o atendimento. Este mês tive um problema com os atendentes da noite de Domingo para Segunda 8 de Dezembro lara o dia 9. 2 mulheres e um rapaz. Arrogantes e mal humorados. Mas Novotel tem 2as pessoas que sabem tratar os clientes, Clay e Roberto do cafe da manhã. 2 queridos. Exemplos de profissionais. E toda a galera do café. O menino que ajuda com os passeios. Enfim, recomendo. Mas tem uma galerinha que precisa aprender a tratar o cliente.
